Best Plumbing Inspection in Madison WI

We worked with Prestige Plumbing for our master bathroom remodel (May 2017) and our kitchen remodel (October 2017). Both times we received excellent service all around - fair and quick quotes were provided, work was scheduled and completed as stated, and the employees were trustworthy, hard working, and friendly. I don't think you can ask for much more when working on big remodeling projects!

I called Budget Drain for a clogged sink. He showed up on time and fixed the problem right away. Gary was very professional and didn't splatter a mess everywhere like the other company I had before. He was very reasonable with his price. I will call Budget Drain again if I have anymore problems.

I called on a Wed they said We will call you tomorrow and see what we can work out to come out and look at our problem. Monday rolls around and she finally calls.  I couldn't be home that day so I said can we do it tomorrow?  She says Sure, we will call you in the morning It is Friday now and no one called, that is over a week since I called for assistance.  And we were a repeat customer!  Not anymore, not anymore.

excellent service!  my toilet backed up, and it was late in the day on a weekend, but someone from roto rooter in mcfarland, wi came and fixed it.  even though there were delays and a lot of customers that day, he arrived sooner than i expected, and he was very friendly and professional and did a great job, and gave me some good tips for the future  - i am a d.y.i. person in general.  and it cost less than the original quote.  all in all they made a disgusting problem like a backed up toilet into an almost pleasant afternoon.

We were a customer for several years, using Country Plumber to empty our septic system as needed.  But, when it came time to sell our home and some corrections needed to be made to our septic system (e.g. install a riser and lock and chain as well as change the sample faucet to code), I called twice and spoke to the reception who took my name and number, telling me that a guy by the name of Tom would call me back; he never called.

I called one last time (my third phone call) and explained my frustration to the receptionist.  She said she could not help me and that Tom manages his own schedule and his own work.  I told her I was disappointed and that I would be taking my business elsewhere - she seemed indifferent, not wanting to help me.

So, with all of this said, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Incredibly difficult to schedule anything... they can't even confirm if we can set an appointment for tomorrow.
