Must give another shout out to these folks...three years later and same great and reliable service at a fair price.  So the proof is in the potty...I mean pudding.  

Their professionalism and reliability on prior service were not one-offs.  The mark of true pros?  Consistent and sustained quality. They rock it and should be held up as an example of how business can be done.  Now, for us consumers, let's continue to work with them and spread the word.  That is our part.

They were on time, quick, courteous, and professional! They sent a text the day before to confirm, which gave me peace of mind, and also told me exactly what was wrong with the system and how to keep it functioning. I'd be happy to contact them if I need their services in the future.

Sigh, Easter Sunday, you're supposed to be spending it family. Instead my bathroom decides it wants to leak all over and have the sink clogged up. I called Cardinal and they got back to me pretty promptly. Sadly I had to succumb to the holiday rates cause you can't be without a toilet. The tech was good and through and was here right away. Would definitely recommend
