Best Heating in Louisville KY
Ryan showed up on a Sunday and stayed until the job was done no emergency rate(he left at midnight). He found several issues caused by a previous repair and even fixed an electrical issue. He was sooo diligent he replaced plastic caps with metal ones and mounted things and wires the had been left to hang.
The issue we had been told by previous HVAC pros was going to need a whole new system and cost 6,000.
Ryan found the issue and recharged the unit and used the best leak stop money can buy for a quarter that price my house feels amazing! I keep the thermostat at 72 it's so cold. It was the best repair experience I have ever had. Any good home owner knows quality is always worth the price. He was not the cheapest game in town but I truly feel I was given service and diligence worth every cent! He will be the only one to service my HVAC system from now on hands down.

I always thought plumbers were expensive, but I needed one for a clog somewhere in the pipes from the kitchen area to downstairs.
The two professionals from Browns arrived in very good time and did the job very professionally. They stayed till they were sure everything was fixed. Excellent job, and saved a lot of money for us. Highly recommended.

HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

Highly recommend. They handled a very difficult job with expertise and professionalism at every turn. Couldn't be more pleased, and the bill was more than fair and exactly as estimated.

This is the worst experience I've had with any company that I've paid my hard earned money for and didn't get what I was told I spent 5700 dollars on a new furnace last year and I've had to call in three times about it since. I also got Maintanance service package documentation and they didn't honor it wow I wont be recommending this company to anyone poor poor customer service after they took almost 6000 dollars from me. Before I paid they were just as nice and polite Jarboe's heating and cooling have no integrity one star don't no how to give half a star

Writing this to tell people beware..called about no ac.on a Sat.
I knew call would be 100. Nice guy came over with freon leak wand....of course it alerted on both coils inside and outside on a six year old unit..tech quoted ballpark price of $4,000..but asked if I would like senior advisor to call...I said yes..20 min.
Later here came the call...quoting new unit for $8600 OR 150.00 MONTHLY..??? If I did not like the price he could SHARPEN HIS PENCIL!
ON MONDAY I HAD AN HONEST TECH. COME OUT.
LEAK WAS VISIBLE..MADE REPAIR IN 30 MIN AND
CHARGED...175.00..SAID UNIT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE.
This is a very accurate depiction of events.

Every time we had a problem, either routine service or emergency, Drexler was out quickly and expertly finished the work. Maybe the price is higher than a smaller, local contractor, but I don't mind paying a higher price for quick but quality work. Maybe they said they'll be there at 10, but at 2, they call to say 4. Hey, I'm not the only one with a problem, and sometimes, a problem takes longer to fix than expected. I don't care. If I wanted it done fast and cheap, I'd do it myself and then call someone to correct what I messed up.
On the last service call, we had a broken pipe somewhere on the second floor bathroom. The technician explained how they were looking for the leak logically by working the way down from the tub where the leak was coming from. He made three small holes in the drywall. Fortunately, the leak was found and quickly repaired and we didn't have to remove cabinets in the kitchen.

Had a sewer backup emergency and gave them a call... The office called me back several times and found a crew that come out and rotor it out... The job was completed within 3 hours of my first call. Very reasonable fee and very experienced workers... I recommend 100%.

HVAC technician came to my house and told me I had a cracked heat exchanger and tried to sell me $6,900 worth of replacement parts. So, I got a second opinion. The other company showed me with a camera and a static pressure demonstration that there was no problem with my heat exchanger. They said the furnace has been incredibly well maintained and that the part still has 10 years of warranty left on it. The only problem was that I was using too restrictive of an air filter. It was a $4 fix. Tom Drexler cares more about meeting sales goals than taking care of the customer.

We had a water heater installed on 8-13-2020 to the cost of $1678.10.
Yesterday 8-27-2020 our downstairs neighbor had a leak coming from our condo at the location the water heater was installed. It did damage to her walls and carpet. The same technician that did the installation came out to check the problem on our end. He stated the tray the water heater sits in was cracked and the pvc pipe from our HVAC was causing water to pool in the tray and go down the crack to the downstairs unit.
My problem is there was never a crack or leak before the water heater was installed and never any water coming from the HVAC to the tray, if there was a crack prior why did he not point it out and recommend a new tray at that time? I believe the tray was damaged during the removal of the old water heater or during the installation of the new one. He did come out yesterday and put silicone around the area and recommended a new tray at an additional cost. This solution is unacceptable and now we are out addition money to repair the damages to the unit downstairs.
I received a call from the company this morning and of course they passed the buck and gave every excuse under the sun how they were not responsible, I do not recommend this company and have filed a complaint with the BBB

It's been over a year, but it was a nightmare hiring this company. I hired them to fix a piece if fascia (gutter board) that had come undone from my roof line. They just hammered it back in, bending aluminum all along the fascia. A month later I had to hire a company to fix their job. They also attempted A plumbing job which I was charged over a thousand fir bThey cut holes in the tile, new commode and then left. This was after they no showed me on the job several times. Guess what?? I still had the blockage and had to call a different contractor. Worst experience ever

All I wanted was the filter on the faucet loosened so I could clean it. I had water pressure but I thought it might be better if I cleaned it. The plumber was in my building so I asked if he could do that. He said it would be a service call. Ok. He then preceded to break the faucet. He had to turn off the water so I had no water in the kitchen for several days. Two more trips out with a helper later, I had to buy a whole new faucet. 500$ for the labor and faucet.
