These guys are great.  Mary, on the phone, is very helpful.  The plumbers show up on time, get the job done promptly, and the charges are very fair.  I thought I had an outside water leak, so called the company that handles line warranties for the water company.  Those guys came out and identified that I didn't have a line leak, found a toilet leak, and quoted me a price several hundred dollars higher than what Nine Lines charged on their time and materials basis.

HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the  first  time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly,and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.
I recommend him for anybody who is looking

Unresponsive after dispatched via home warranty provider. They called initially and left message but I called back 5-6 times over the course of a week - they never replied and never scheduled. Had to turn elsewhere for service.

We had bad storms the evening before, and had lightning hit in the backyard. I call several other service companies to try to get my AC working correctly. Most couldn't even get to me until 4-5 days later. I remembered hearing the commercial on the radio or tv lol. Awesome customer service they worked me in somehow. They told me it might be late evening 10 -11 pm so I said yes. About 2 hrs later I got a phone call from Mark T, our repair guy. This guy was awesome, well mannered and polite. Being a guy I walk around showing where everything was that he needed to check. After a couple of hrs he figured out that lightning struck close enough to fry a part in my AC. I talk to another company before jarboes and they were saying 1100.00 to a new system. Jarboes and Mark said $232.00 and guess who will be doing my AC work here on out. I also hope I can personally ask for Mark T because I feel he really does know what he is doing. Hey Jarboes this guy needs a raise because I will be getting that service agreement in a couple weeks because he sold your company's dedication to customer service to me hands down. So if you need peace of mind that you're not going to be taken for money, this is the company in my book to use.

Our Service Tech Jeremy Uptain was very professional, polite and very neat in his appearance, along with a great attitude.
I drove around the neighborhood and saw that he completed service on our neighbors. We needed someone quickly and after calling his office they oked him to service our pipe leaks, Of which he did da good job!

My problem was that we felt that due to our somewhat emergency needs we were over charged by Several $$ hundred dollars. I will NOT be recommending your company in which I am one of two residents who other residents call for recommendations for your type of services.

Dauenhauer Plumbing has been around a long time. From the days it was owned by Ray, it was the local company that grew in leaps and bounds and provided great service at a fair price. Those days are long gone.

We already had an account in place so it was easy to call and arrange service for our property management company. Over and over, they would give us a 4 hour time frame and our tenants would be home to wait. Sometimes leaving work or asking a friend to be there, we/they waited. Over and over that time frame would come and go until the tenant called us, then we called them, and they would inevitably say they were running behind or they would be there the NEXT day. Evidently their time frames must merely be a suggestion! Imagine the concept of actually letting the person know you were running behind AHEAD of time! Crazy concept. Their time is valuable, Our time was not according to their thinking.

Their prices are on the higher end. It's not the $85 service run, it's the parts and labor after that. Never got a bill under $200 even if it were a simple fix. If it were a faucet washer or drip, $200 please! The other day i was having a family birthday party that evening at 6pm. I called at 8am and got a time frame of 10am to 2pm. At 3:15pm, I call them in a panic. Where are you? They said they would call dispatch. I was on my phone (as property management requires) when a number came in. I tried calling it back when i got off, but no one answered. Evidently it was the plumber and since I did not answer, he cancelled the call, the one I had been waiting on all day and just reached out to them about! The office did not call to respond or tell me they were on the way. They simply cancelled it. By 5pm I called again to be told I missed the call and they went to a different person. The main bathroom was in non working order for my family gathering. Not the end of the world, but darn it, I did my best to get it fixed and they AGAIN dropped the ball.

All around BAD SERVICE. That was the last straw! I am done. Whether it's something big or something little, it reminded me of when I had paid $5500 for them to move a drain at a business and they dropped the ball on the permitting. I had to call and call and remind them to keep the ball rolling. I called the city to check on it, not they, and pushed it along. It took twice the time it should have. It reminded me of the time, they over charged on a back water valve repair. After the emergency I realized they were twice the going rate. It reminded me of the $10,500 water heater at a condo building that they argued about the warranty after it had an issue in 3 months! They wanted to charge me a $700 repair after paying that much money!

It reminded me off the MANY times I've had issues, just to be brushed off. My jobs were never important to this HUGE company that has recently added heating and air to the mix. I've tried dealing with the manager Brian, but that will leave you wanting to pull your hair out. It's never their fault and Sorry or making it up to you is not in his vocabulary. So if you are a consumer with one bathroom in one house or you own 55 properties and other businesses, you will be treated equally crappy. Goodbye Dauenhauer. Like a bad boyfriend, it's time to move on and find a plumbing business who actually cares about customer service.

In the past, I had wonderful experiences with this company.  I'm not sure what has changed, but now they are terrible.  My furnace went out in October, we paid $200 for a service call, where they literally just changed the filter and called it a day.  I was told then that it was only a temporary solution, and they would be ordering a new motor for the unit.  However, the guy who did that service call apparently quit soon after and did not provide the company with records of my service call.  No motor was ordered, and my furnace went out again in December.  We paid $200 again for another service call, and this time the person who came out changed the filter, tightened a screw, and declared the issue resolved.  He said no new motor was needed because supposedly a lose screw was the source of the problem.  Funny enough, here it is a couple weeks later, temperatures have dropped into the single digits, and my furnace has gone out yet again.  Whatsmore is that New Circle wants me to fork over even more money for them to come back out to fix the same problem that they should have repaired the previous 2x I had them come out.  It is absurd that they would keep charging me when it has been less than a month since the last service call, and they clearly did not get the job done then. I feel like I have been ripped off, and I want to warn anyone who comes across this company to run far far away.
