Just a quick review to thank Raul for being on time, fast, affordable and efficient. When I needed help with general maintenance items, I quickly realized that there are lots of people out there who offer services. But knowing the work is being done by someone who holds a valid license made a difference to me. Really glad we decided to go with Raul, the work was done better then I even imagined.
One item in particular stands out - we needed old historic windows repaired in our nursery. I was hoping they could just get them to open, for air flow. Raul did just that, I was happy just putting a stick in the window to hold it open (when needed), but Raul found a much better and safer solution - now the windows open and there is no stick to create an eyesore.
What really stood out to me is that Raul suggested the better system, because it was safer for a toddler (keep in mind this was no additional charge). I stood there totally shocked that he was more concerned with the safety for our baby, rather then doing the job fast and moving on to something else. I didn't expect it to be done so well and would have been fine with it, but he wanted it done right - thats the difference with Raul.
That really stood out, because two years ago we did a large home (1,000k s/f) remodel and the contractors, sub contractors, etc were only concerned with one thing - just getting everything done as quickly as possible and leaving - with the old guys, our electrical all came apart, the fixtures came apart, doors would fall off. And thats what I came to expect, but not with Raul, he sets a higher standard for the work. I could go on and on, but I won't - just call him!
