Tanner came to my home today to replace a toilet in my upstairs Master Bath and he was FANTASTIC.  He was on time, polite, professional and friendly, but, best of all, he was a real expert at installing toilets!  He did not complain at all when he had to carry the old 90 lb. toilet down the stairs and carry the new 109 lb. toilet back up the stairs to install it. It was a messy job, but he was tidy and kept vacuuming the mess as he worked and left my bathroom as clean as he found it. He was a fast and efficient worker and got the job done in only one hour!   I highly recommend Tanner at Parzival if you need to install a new toilet.

While we didnt end up using this service he was the first person to reply and had the best rate! Unfortunately we had an emergency leak and paid up the nose for an install since the guy was already here.
