We had an emergency situation at 1:00 am and we their 24 hour number and Anthony answered the phone. He was very patient and very professional. By 1:45 Anthony came and told us the problem, gave us an estimate on how much it cost. We made an appointment the next day and he even came 35 minutes early.

I  was introduced to this company by a lovely girl at Serviz called Jasmine. She was so quick, efficient, and extra helpful, and I am very grateful to her. I had discovered early in the morning that our water heater was dripping LOTS of water, and needed some-one to come and assess  it ASAP. Within two hours of calling SoCal Plumbing Derek arrived and confirmed that our 15 year old heater needed replacing. He removed the old heater and cleaned up the area until Mario arrived with the new heater, and they very promptly installed it. Turns out the new heaters are much safer and easier to manage than our old one, great news. I also got a quick lesson on how and when to drain the heater to keep it working as efficiently as possible. The work was done in two hours, and the area in our garage was cleaned up and put to rights, which I was delighted with. These guys did such a good job, and were a pleasure to have in the house, very knowledgeable about the job, and so efficient. I will happily use them again for any other plumbing jobs that might come up for us. The price was very reasonable/competitive as well. I cannot fault their service and highly recommend them
