Kody fixed my leaky faucet quickly and with no diagnostic fee. He knew what the problem was from my description.

No complaint about the work done, but the bill was outrageous. They replaced two angle stops under my kitchen sink, and the refrigerator supply-line and shutoff. Plumber-quality parts (eg. Dahl) are available for less than $100. They spent 2 1/2 hours on the install. The price? $921.81.
If you have money to burn, they seem to do good work. If you can do it yourself (I was pressed for time refurbing the unit for a new tenant), then you can save a bundle. If I had another day to spend on the unit, I could have done the work myself (these valves just screw on) and would have saved $800.
If you have the time, get three estimates. If you do, I expect that Pristine will probably be the most expensive.

I called Parzival at 8:30am on a Monday since they were listed on Rheem's Company website as a pro service provider for their products.  I had a Rheem water heater that would not light (no hot water) and Home Depot doesn't carry the parts where it was bought from  Someone answers at Parzival and they are artificially cheering on how they want to make your day better.  I told her I had a Rheem water heater that wouldn't light and asked if they had the parts in order to service.  I gave her my zip code to see if I was in their service area.  She told me that I was in their service area and that their trucks were fully stocked with parts and that they could come out and give a free estimate.  However, she couldn't schedule an appointment but that a dispatcher would call me back.  Half an hour later, no call from a dispatcher, so I called to follow up and get another gal who doesn't seem to be aware of my previous contact.  I go through all the information again.  She says that I will receive a text shortly.  I get a text but it is not from the dispatcher. It is asking questions that I already answered twice.  Long story short, two hours later, I finally get another text stating that some times parts are special ordered and that the plumber would have to check with Rheem. Additionally, upon them looking at my address, it is currently out of their service area and to send a plumber out would be a charge of $149.73.  Please don't waste your time with this plumbing company like I did.

Ron from Complete Plumbing did a great job in repairing a pipe leak in my home.  It was a complex leak, that required quite a bit of investigative work to locate it.  I was also very appreciative of how clean and tidy he left each of the work areas.  I highly recommend Complete Plumbing due to their great work and outstanding professionalism of their plumbers and staff!  Included are before and after photos.

Hired through Amazon home services - OUTSTANDING! Called for a toilet install. Petar arrived during specified time, called when he was 30 mins away was professional and quick with the installation. There were no hidden charges or extra items I need to buy. Charge was exactly what the estimate was for a toilet installation.  He cleaned up afterwards and hauled away old toilet. I contacted them after they had closed and was surprised to get a call back during the evening hours (customer service A+ already).  I said I was looking for a second quote on a project if he could make it out today (day following my call).  He said he couldn't but could make it out the following day or the next.  I was really appreciative of his honesty (would give estimate on the phone in case the job was more involved, so not trying to bait and switch).  I told him I'd get back to him after the first quote, and I did. I couldn't go another day with no water and so went with the first quote to have it repaired on the spot.  I would recommend SoCal P&R for their customer service and honesty.
