They showed up on time and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend using them on any plumbing thing you need.

We were very happy with the project Ixtapa Construction completed at our home.  After interviewing and getting quotes from several general contractors, they provided a comprehensive detailed quote for the work at a fair price.  What sealed the deal for us in selecting them was meeting Jay and Alex, the principals of the company, and the input they provided for our project.  They provided many great ideas we had not considered and we are very happy with the results.

They were meticulous and all the workers on our project were professional and courteous. The scope of work included essentially a full interior remodel including converting a den into a bedroom and also painting/some repairs of the exterior.  There were no surprises in regards to costs at the end of the project and costs associated with changes as work progressed were clearly communicated to us.

We will definitely contact Ixtapa Construction for any future projects!

Overall great experience with Kristopher and KNC Plumbing.  I had a minor issue with a detached vent for my water heater.  I reached out to a few plumbers via Yelp and KNC was very responsive and available to come out the next day.  I was provided some guidelines on what the expected cost might be, which I appreciated as most others who responded did not provide that immediately upfront.  Kristopher came out as scheduled, confirmed it would be a relatively easy fix, and was very personable, kindly answering my questions and taking the time to explain things to my satisfaction.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again in the future.

I would like to highly recommend Fitzgerald's Plumbing! Patrick just came to our house and was courteous, fast, efficient, and cleaned up after himself! We had both toilets clogged in our home and nowhere to use the restroom and it was raining!  Patrick quickly found the problem, diagnosed it and took care of it!  He also used boot covers so he wouldn't get our brand new carpet dirty!  Would use him again!  ;)

Put out a Quote Request through Yelp and Luis was the first to respond with a very reasonable price.  Needed help connecting new vanity sink drain to existing cast iron waste drain stub-out.  There are many things I can do, but plumbing is not one of them!  Spent about 45 minutes looking at Home Depot and couldn't figure out an easy solution.

Luis showed up on-time (within 9-10AM window) and knew what he needed to get to do the job properly.  He gave off a very polite and humble demeanor, and finished the plumbing task in about an hour - he needed to run to the local hardware store to get specialty reducer.

Overall, I am glad our paths crossed and would be more than happy to hire Urgent LA Plumbing again - if future plumbing needs arise.

A big thanks to Joshua and Shawn from Mattucci Plumbing for helping us out on Christmas Eve with our water heater. These are good honest people who are knowledgeable, personable,  and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Joshua and Shawn also passed the Bear Test. Our dog Bear only likes cool and friendly people!  
We will be calling Mattucci Plumbing again for sure.

The speed and quality of work was excellent.  They did a wonderful job installing the tub, and even though they had to trim tiles from 18x18 to 16x16 they did wonderful work.  They were conscientious.  Wore masks.  Covered the floors and cleaned up after they left.

My only complaint was the application of joint compound to cover some of the sheet rock was so poorly and unevenly applied that when painted it looks awful.  
However,
Upon posting this, the company owner contacted me immediately and to fix the joint compound issue.  So based on the super fast response and positive attitude I'm giving them 5 stars.  

Things happen on any job, and how they are handled speaks volumes about someone.

Jesse responded quickly to my request looking for a plumber.

They arrived and discussed my problem and went to work, they eliminated the possibility of the worst case scenario and in short order were able to fix the problem.

I like that they laid down material from the entry way to and in the bathroom to minimize mess and such.

Jesse and his father are the ones who arrived, keeping us posted on when they would be arriving.

They were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing.

I would definitely recommend them and if the need arises again, I put him in my contacts and we know who we'll be calling.

Looking for a plumber to look at a wall with water damage in our bathroom  as I thought it might be something serious. One of his employees came out today in the time frame promised. Took a look and told us it was coming from water spraying out from our shower head and suggested purchasing a splash guard for our tub to stop water damage to wall. Free estimate and super honest. They could've very well said it was something more and charged us a lot of money but didn't.  I am waiting for the owner to send me business cards to give
To family and friends. Highly recommend this company and will also have them back out to re-plumb our bathroom piping in addition to having them redo our piping under the house in the near future.   Seriously consider these guys for plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed!!

I had several quotes to install a pressure regulator due to my pipes are banging when I am doing laundry. My water pressure is over 100 psi. Mike's crew finally was able to accommodate me even though it is a small job although I will mention here that it took awhile for him to respond because of their busy schedule. The quote was honest and not inflated like the others. You just have to be patient with them as far as scheduling.

Harry retired and his son took over the business. He's honest and reasonably priced, but I can't give him points for reliability or responsiveness. He can be slow to respond to phone messages and flaky about keeping appointments. I suggested to him that he should get someone to handle the office side of the business, but he laughed it off.

The quality of the work has suffered, too. On two different occasions I had to call them to come back because the job wasn't done right. On the plus side, they kept coming back for no charge, until they got it right.

I might still call them in a pinch, but I can't recommend them. It makes me sad to say so, because I was a loyal customer for about 30 years.

Old house, old pipes,lots of plumbers. Called BP and they came exactly when they said they would. Don't you hate when they say between 8-12 and you're ready at 8 and they come at 11:55? I do! Anyhoo, they came within a two hour window as promised. They were friendly, courteous and insisted on cleaning up my floor when they were done. They worked until they figured out the problem and never gave up on my sludge! The price was more than fair and I will definately call them next time.

The best decision I made when I called PROLIFIC PLUMBiNG. Read all the positive reviews on Yelp, and wonder if this for real? And Yes, they are indeed all true. Kody, the owner quickly response on the day I frantically called him due to my main toilet and shower clogged at the same time.  He diagnosed the main issue and fixed the problem in no time. I even showed him my 2nd bathroom toilet that has been a problem for months, and nobody can figure out why it was constantly flowing water. It's already been decided to totally replace it since nobody can figure what seems to be the issue, but here comes Kody, check what's the root of the problem, do some test, replaced the valves and flappers, have I mentioned that previous plumber I hired already replaced that part too, but was not able to resolve the problem. And here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for the repair, how awesome was that! Finally, I found a gem in Kody, he's definitely a keeper for all our  plumbing need. He went above and beyond! Had a mini-split go out on me after 2 years of working. Called Nexgen and I had the opportunity to get a technician the same but I was unavailable. A date was set for the next day and I was contacted by the company informing me of the techs ETA.

The tech arrived on time and greeted me in a very professional manner, introducing himself as Dustin from Nexgen.  

The whole experience was great. I was well informed of what the issue was and I'm definitely considering purchasing a new system from them.

The HB utility people informed us of a big spike in our water bill and that we should get a leak detection company in. I reached out to a number of outfits and Cory was the first to respond and he was able to come over a few hours later. He was very professional and immediately went to work. In the end it turned out to be a toilet that leaked very badly. ( who would have thought that could double your water bill??)

Cory gave us a couple of options and we went with a less expensive repair ( knowing it might need a full toilet replacement in the near-ish future), and he came back the next day to finish the job.

Even though this was a minor job for Cory (and we could have had a regular plumber do the job) he was very attentive and patient with my elderly dad in explaining what he was doing.

We would definitely call him again if we do have a more serious leak.

I own a 4 plex and have used Daniel's on a few plumbing projects. They have always treated me fairly and squarely. I called them yesterday about a wall unit (heater,) I have had it looked at by two other companies and it was never fixed properly and was still not putting out the right amount of heat. They sent Jimmy, he was great!! Very knowledgable and he finally figured it out. The price was fair and now my wife will be happy with a warm house. I wish I called them first but I didn't think they serviced those, I thought I would ask and boy did they know how. Great company!!

The management company that handles our HOA's business sent out a plumber one day. Seems that one of my neighbor's garage had a leak in the ceiling. They wanted to see if it came from my shower, so they checked it out. I heard nothing back for a couple of weeks, when they again show up unannounced to check on the leak again. Luke this time, who has a vaunted 40 years of plumbing experience. Anyway, the first guys never found the source of the leak, and had to come back to check again, as my neighbor who's bathroom is on the other side of mine wasn't home the first visit, so they couldn't check his bathroom.
So, water is run in the shower, much fuss is made, and no water comes down in the neighbor's garage. But Luke, in his infinite wisdom, sees my shower door's seal is a little deteriorated at the bottom. Somehow, this indicates that water is escaping from my shower, pooling on my bathroom floor, and leaking down to the garage. Seems odd, as the floor of that bathroom isn't wet after the shower is used. There does seem to be signs of leakage under my bathroom floor though. Luke offers zero advice on how to address this, advising that a contractor should come and replace the shower door.
I take out the shower door, and replace it with a curtain. Still no water getting out of the shower.
I hire a well reviewed plumber who's trucks I see all over the neighborhood. They also can't generate a leak from my shower, but reseal the shower, and replace a leaky faucet valve.
Lo and behold, the management company sends me a $350 dollar bill for the two trips for Gorsuch to 'identify' the problem. I call management, they say talk to Gorsuch. I call Gorsuch, and everybody with authority is out to lunch. Receptionist says she'll talk to the tech, and they'll get back to me. Never hear another thing, but the management paid the bill (they hired Gorsuch in the first place, and the bill is to them. They're just billing me as my pipes/shower are causing the leak.) and are now going to have a 'hearing' about why the management company hasn't been paid.

BECAUSE $350 TO MISDIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I'm not sure what kickbacks management are getting on this, but there must be some bull going on. I saw Gorsuch for 15 minutes max over two trips. I didn't require two trips. I pretty well knew Luke was gaslighting me on the problem as he couldn't diagnose the issue properly, so made up a story to pass the buck.

Utter and complete rip off.
