Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in Long Beach CA

I had put a plumbing problem with a dripping faucet out to the Yelp community for help.  I received several responses that were unsatisfactory to me, including complete replacement of the faucets.   They are a matched set and thus I would have to replace for both sinks as we did not know the brand and model.

Does not answer phone calls.  Does not return calls.  This is always a warning flag.  If you cannot get hold of them it certainly goes bad for support after the fact...which would indicate No Support

Cameron did a great job installing a new water heater for us. He came to our house the day before to diagnose our lack of hot water and immediately saw that there was a leak in our water heater. He provided us with options for a new heater and scheduled to return the next morning to install it. Cameron showed up on time, finished the job in about 3 hours and was very friendly and courteous about it. Thank you Pristine for sending Cameron as our technician. We had slight leak in our attic and called to get some out to see the extent of the problem.. making the appointment was very easy .. called ahead of time to let us know the repair person was on their way and who to expect.. Will arrived right on time and identified the problem and was able to immediately take care of the issue.. Will was very professional and friendly.. in just a short time we felt very confident with his work..there was never any pressure or other needed repairs..we were very nervous about the cost but we were pleasantly surprised..we now know whenever we have any plumbing or air conditioning problems again who we will call.

Petar was very thorough in installing my new Pelican 1800 water softener system. He drilled through the external wall and skillfully fitted the system in the limited space in the garage's corner, checked the water pressure upon install, gave me a few valuable advises on the system usage, and turned the water back on from the main valve.
