Best Landscape Maintenance in Long Beach CA

After using this service for a while, the quality has gone way down hill.  The original agreement was for lawn care and complete landscape (shrubs, etc) maintenance weekly.  They did the lawn care, but slowly stopped the landscaping care each week until It got to the point where the landscape wasn't touched for weeks.  When I tried to get someone out to take care of the landscape, they made excuses about why they couldn't do it this week, but we'll do it next week. Only to not have it happen.  
Long story short, I'm looking for a new gardener that actually does what they agree to.
