Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way.  I would use him again!

Had a main drain backup.  The Sewer Slayer crew came out very quickly (less than a few hours), and were able to clear the drain.

They were extremely pleasant to deal with, and pointed to the source of the issue with the drain.  This was several weeks ago, and the drain has stayed clear since.

If their services are ever needed (hopefully I won't anytime soon), I will call these folks again.

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! He does ABSOLUTELY GREAT work!!!! Thanks a bunch.

Mike is great! We bought a new house recently that came with a home warranty and the warranty company sent him out when we needed some repairs done. We've already had Mike come back out for another home improvement project and each time he's been kind, professional, and helpful. I also really appreciate that he's willing to give me a 10-15 minute heads up before he arrives so that I can put my dog away.
I also appreciate that he's always wearing his mask completely covering his nose and mouth! We've had a few different people in the house for various different projects and some we've had to remind them to please wear their masks/wear them properly.
I'd highly recommend Mike for any of your plumbing needs!

I can't say enough good things about Chris and Five Star Plumbing. I had my polybutylene pipes replaced and the experience couldn't have been better. Chris showed up when he said he would for the estimate and the repair, he was very polite and got the job done fast and for a very reasonable price. Chris always wore booties in the house to protect the carpets and was always willing to answer any questions we had. After completing the repair Chris made sure the dirt was raked so you can barely even tell there was a big hole in my yard! Five Star Plumbing exceeded my expectations and made the process so simple. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.

Allen is not the right choice if you live Washington, DC (or likely anywhere outside of Baltimore).

We set up an appointment for Friday at 12pm. At 12:15pm, he hadn't arrived or contacted me. I reached out and he texted that he had an emergency and needed to re-schedule. He offered to take money off the job and apologized.

We rescheduled for Sunday at 10am. AGAIN, Allen did not show up and did not respond to any of my texts or calls to see where he was. I haven't heard from him since.

Very frustrating experience. Don't waste your time like I did.

Great plumber for us when we needed to replace our main. We had what turned out to be a pinhole in our copper main water line between the street and our sf home that caused some flooding damage to our neighbor's basement. I got five quotes. Winegar was the lowest and they were highly rated on Washington Checkbook so we went with them. They came out with a back-hoe, dug two neat holes, pulled the old pipe, ran a new poly pipe, bored a new hole in our basement wall, did the interior hookups, filled the holes and put everything back to normal all in about five hours. We could not have asked for a more professional job. Good communications too at all times. This is a real experienced and professional contractor.

We had a plumbing emergency and I called a few local places to see if I could have someone come immediately - Arthur took my call at 11:30am and was at my home by 1pm. The issue was diagnosed by 1:15pm and a solution was produced, executed and completed by 3:30pm. I cannot say enough how quick and efficient this process was and we are so relieved! Pricing was very fair, considering the emergency we were experiencing. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone!

Never wrote any reviews. But this was such a bad experience that I would like other people in my area to be aware. We decided to use them since they are local company in Pasadena and we live in the area. I placed work order for the day after Thanksgiving for plumber to come out and replace the kitchen faucet. The plumber John came out in timely manner and walked straight into the kitchen and announced within 5 seconds that the faucet we bought is not going to fit in place of my old one.
Okay, I bought the wrong faucet. My mistake. I offered the plumber to run to Home depot which is 2 minutes from my house and grab another faucet so he can put it in. John told us to order faucet from online stores. Then he kept talking and talking for 30 minutes about the wrong faucet that we bought. We asked him to fix at least the little drip from the old faucet, to which he replied that this will cost more than the old faucet (to replace a worn out washer on the faucet?). I thought he just gonna leave. But he went to his truck and spent another 5 minutes to write us a receipt of $135. For what????????? I called the company and they said they will charge me again at least $120 to come out. WOW.
The plumber John did not do anything. If this was honest and decent company, he would have told me upfront that he has to charge me and offered me option to run to Home depot and exchange the faucet since I am already paying for the 1 hour of work anyways. Instead he chose to spend 30 minutes telling me to order a faucet online, spent 5 minutes writing receipt and left bunch of dirt from his boots on my carpet.

We've had them out multiple times to fix sink clogs, leaks, hot water heaters, and they even put in a new waterline for us.  Both the GM and the guys who do the work are extremely professional and make you feel like you're in good hands.  It's a relief to know that I have a plumber I can count on to provide only the service I need at a reasonable price.

Emergency service request on a Sunday morning after realizing our sump pump failed and it was supposed to rain all day.  The operator quickly answered the phone and was professional. A service technician called me back within 10min and was very professional and explained everything, including the emergency call out charge on a weekend. Called 5 total companies to get their rates and suggestions and 3 called me back. Out of the 3, the R.E Robertson tech (Jake) was the most friendly, professional, and willing to work. Jake was at our home within 30min driving a professional looking R.E Robertson van, wore a mask, shoe covers, put down a drop cloth around the work site and got the job done quickly. While inspecting the job, he explained the steps thoroughly with me. He had everything he needed and got the job done cleanly, quickly and professionally.

Poor workmanship nothing but problems they take your money and they stop communicating. Ground work they perform all my were lending not straight. I had to get their work rework for toilet, shower drain. The shower drain has to be reset, I have to reopen the concrete again. This terrible and expensive job. Do not get this company to help you with your project.

Ray Traver and Heather Kole are scammers!  They claim to be a large, local, family-owned plumbing business with more than 10 years of experience.  I truly believe the company is solely Ray and Heather.  He lures you in with a low quote, then goes up on the quote.  You request a contract and they give you the run around claiming that it was sent to your email which it clearly wasn't.  We paid the initial deposit by bank card and they added $93 to the charge.  That should have been the first sign of trouble.  He did the work (used 3 pipes when code is 4, did not supply enough gravel to support the pipes, etc).  He reduced the final price due to only replacing 20' of pipes rather than the contracted 60' of pipes.  We authorized a final agreed upon payment of $1,000 and $2,400 was charged (yes, he stole $1,400).  We've called this so-called 24 hour plumber at least 3 times over the past 3 days and they won't answer our calls or return them.  His work was to be guaranteed for 3 years but at this point that is also out of the window.  After stealing our money, and not answering our call----he isn't returning nor would we want him to.

This team continually exceeds expectations. From servicing my Hot Water Heater to selling me a Lennox HVAC Gas Furnace and installing everything. Very good job. Very fair price, great quality product and service.
