Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

I called Forster Plumbing because of the other great review on Yelp. The plumber came to look at a leaking furnace, malfunctioning toilet and leaky faucet at my rental property. He fixed all that AND looked at a problem with the stove! He was responsive and quick and very reasonably priced. I will certainly keep his number in my file! I wish I had found them years ago.

My water heater went out so I called a few plumbers and Hamilton Plumbing was the most reasonable and most straightforward. They were professional on the phone and I was set up for them to come by the end of the week. They did a great job installing the water heater and I had them replace my garbage disposal too which was also done very nicely. They also let me know the heat exchanger was cracked on my A/C unit, I didn't want to replace everything due to the cost but after some research I realized I had to replace it. They offered me a great price and installed the new system in no time. Definitely a great company that I will most definitely be using from now on. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for great service and exceptional work.

Background: Was out of town for the weekend and noticed standing water(backup) in both the tub and toilet in the basement. First thought is I can fix this so I google it. The results come back as a clog to the mainline but many people were saying to snake the toilet and the tub... So I tried all the methods(plunge, plunge w/ stopper in tub and last the auger. Nothing worked and more waste burped up through out the night and morning.
Interaction with Arthur: it must have been about 330 am when I called. I searched through Yelp looking for the most reliable person (based on reviews)who could help and not charge a fortune. *** PRO TIP: always look thru the unapproved reviews*** He answered... I described the issue and he diagnosed on the spot with a quote. He charges the average for the area but his customer service is through the roof. He showed up a few minutes early and fixed it in about 30 mins and then walked around the basement giving me free tips on a bunch of things. He even engaged in conversation with the neighbors to find out what they knew about the history of the plumbing here (I.E. Have you seen trucks... Have you had clogged pipes to the mainline).
Bottom line: He was beyond what I expected and will be calling again if I need anything done.

Fluid Plumbing is amazing. Brian responds fast, is smart, honest, and knows what he is doing. Our hot water heater went up on a Monday. He worked us into his schedule that day, had the new water heater delivered the next morning, and installed by Noon on Tuesday. We are going to use him next time we work on our furnace as well. We highly recommend for all your plumbing and furnace needs.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and contacted Wallace plumbing. Derrick responded very quickly and scheduled a time to visit. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak. He also installed a new garbage disposal. His rates were very fair, he was professional, and communicated well throughout the entire process. I recommend Wallace plumbing and Derrick and will use them for my future home needs!

While the plumber was on time and was wearing a mask I was charged almost $700 to snake my front lawn drain. While that was discouraging, if it had worked I would have been okay with it. As soon as the plumber left I flushed the toilet and it overflowed all over the bathroom floor. I had to call another plumber in to snake it and after he did it, it worked fine. When I called Catons to complain they said since the second plumber did the work on my drain in the first place (they did - years ago) they were not responsible. How can you not be responsible for snaking a drain incorrectly, charging huge amounts of money, have the toilet overflow as soon as the plumber leaves and not even offer a refund of sorts? I paid to have a drain snaked and that was never done correctly and I had to pay the price out of my pocket and by cleaning up a bathroom mess.

If I could give a zero, I would. THIS IS A HORRIBLE REVIEW! On March 17th we had a toilet emergency at 3:30 in the morning where my 6'7 post surgery husband fell and broke the toilet and tank. Water was EVERYWHERE. I called Bailey Bros. and he did not feel it was an emergency and said he would be out between 9am and 11 am.. Needless to say he was late. He barely looked at the toilet and immediately said he would have to remove all the base boards and saw 10 inches up from the floor to check for mold. He promised me he would be back and it would be fixed by 5pm. At 2pm, my husband called him and he said he wasn't coming, probably because I did not fall for his SCAM and BS about the ridiculous repairs he wanted to do after looking at the toilet for 2 seconds.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY YOU WILL GET LIES EXCUSES AND MOST LIKELY A JOB A TWO YEAR OLD COULD PROBABLY DO BETTER ALL HE HAD TO DO IS CALL TEST EMAIL to let us know but when he lost his scam charges he bailed out.

They will not give you a price on the phone. You pay $29 for them to come out which they keep if you don't let them do the job. Their price was $141 more then another plumber for a small job.

At first impressions, All Above seemed to be a professional company but their not responsive at all and they do not follow through on what they say their going to do. I had a backwater valve plumbing issue that they fixed. The positive was that they did allow me to make payment arrangements. Another positive was the technician Ray who was very professional when in my home. They had an apprentice that came out with Ray who mistakenly removed my own 75 ft. drain cleaner from my basement and when they discovered that they took mine, they just left it on my front step instead of bringing it back into my home. I did not like that Ray and his apprentice smoked cigarettes in my backyard and threw their cigarette butts away in my yard. I also did not like that they left pieces of drywall from their truck in the street in front of my home. Ray also removed the broken up concrete from my basement and just dumped it in the alley behind my home. The dumping of materials was very unprofessional and my neighborhood regardless of it being in Baltimore or predominately African American should not be littered upon as so. I've been hounding the company for a write up on my plumbing issue and have not received it as of yet. I have left phone messages on numerous occasions advising that Ray stated he would write up my issue as well as the findings during the repair and the office has not provided me with that. I am very dissatisfied with their unresponsiveness especially now after the work is done. I would not recommend All Above Plumbing to anyone.

We had a gas line and gas hook-up to gas logs in our fire place. They did a thorough
And professional job. This job was a three day process, including having a county inspector. All scheduled appointments were on time and Mark D reconfirmed with us the time for county inspection! The installers were professional and NEAT! Always used booties! Although their price was several hundred dollars more than other competitors, the job description was more comprehensive. very happy with job.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.
Jeff Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation. I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.
I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

This company came out promptly to collect their dispatch fee of $69. They informed me that there was no leak in the plumbing system. However, after checking with the tenant there was a leak in the bathroom sink. I was told there was no leak but the tenant continued to complain about a leak in the bathroom sink.
When I called them back to get them to come back out. They told me that they would and gave me a time window but did not show up. I called them on Monday and they again said they would call me back but did not. When I called to follow-up they would not answer the phone and even answered and hung up the phone.
What kind of business is this?? A ghetto, unprofessional and cheesy business!!
