Best Drywall Installation in Baltimore MD
A party got a little out of hand and one of the bathroom doors was broken. Luckily it was cleanly torn off and looked like a quick fix. Jeffrey (the owner) wasted no time responding to me with a very fair quote and immediately made himself available to take a look at the damage. Upon arrival he was very friendly and reassured his quote, only offering to do some caulking for a bit extra. Him and his coworker were very friendly and quick, getting right to work after assessing the door. Jeffrey knew exactly what he needed and started working while his partner grabbed some more tools. A casual conversation with my friend later and the door was fixed! Payment options were flexible and easy. Thank you so much Jeffrey for understanding the urgency of the situation and being there to do a quality job! 5 stars. Would recommend.

The polybutylene pipe busted in my yard on a Saturday. Had the water shut off and waited until Monday to call and get estimates to replace it. I called Ken Griffin Plumbing and Heating first and Brian was very courteous and helpful and was able to send someone out to my house without me being home (I had to go to work that day) to give an estimate. I was actually home when Bob came by and he too was professional and friendly. I called another plumber and I had them scheduled to come out the next morning and one plumber was to call me back to schedule an appointment.
The quote came in at a very fair price, I know because I compared it to what some of my neighbors have paid. The came out on Tuesday morning right on time and the entire team was professional, friendly and courteous. The worked tirelessly on a very hot day and had to dig by hand a 3.5 foot tunnel to my house.
There was quite a large mound at the end of the job that I wasn't quite expecting. I knew their would be a mound as they could not pack the dirt in as tight as it was. I questioned the head of the crew about it and he said it was normal. It was late and we were all tired so I decided to wait until the next day and call Brian back and ask him about it. In the meantime, I did take several pictures of the mound. When I called Brian the next morning, he indicated that it was likely a normal size mound and that it needed a couple of good rains to pack it down. He said if my yard wasn't level in 1-2 months they would come back out and redistribute the dirt as needed. He was going to have someone drive by anyway to see if the mound was excessively high. That was yesterday and I haven't heard from him, but I'm sure it's not at the top of their list. If I haven't heard from Brian by the end of today, I will call him in the morning.
I would have rated Ken Griffin Plumbing & Heating 5 stars, but I will hold off and see if there is a problem with my yard, that they return and level it out after 1-2 months.
They are highly rated in Howard County and seem to care about making the customer happy. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
