What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment.  They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

Should really be called Mr Rooter Plumbing of Richmond since that is where their office is actually located.  Called them today because I found a ton of water coming through the ceiling in our basement.  They wanted to charge us $200 just to drive here, then charge their normal diagnostic fee, then charge us whatever additional it would be for parts/labor.  Considering they advertise as being a Lexington based company I would expect that any/all travel charges would be based on a location in Lexington.  Not sure about others, but I definitely am not ok with spending $200 to have someone drive 30 miles.  Guess the whole Mr Appliance, Mr Electric, & Mr Rooter discount membership isn't worth it after all (no discount on that $200 fee either).  If it weren't for the fact that the current administration is hell bent on destroying the government I'd consider filing a truth in advertising complaint.

Chris came out again, changed a shower faucet and after too many months, I finally can take a hot shower. Can't recommend Chris and Johnny Pipewrench highly enough for their excellent service. Maureen Tarpey

Honest and friendly company! I thought I might have had a leak coming through the ceiling in my house, so I scheduled an appointment. Chris Moss came over and looked for the source. He did not charge me for the visit, he was honest and told me that he was unable to find any problems in his preliminary inspection. He gave me an estimate for work that he could do to investigate the problem, but recommended that we keep an eye on it to see if it gets bigger and if it's associated with rain because it may actually be a roofing issue. Overall, he could have charged us for the visit, he could have done unnecessary work and charged us for that, and he could have recommended additional work that would have cost us money, but at the end of the day, he was truthful and helped us without looking for the money.

Today we had one of our toilets start running again, so we called Rapid Plumbing and Jason came out and fixed it again for free! Thank you for standing behind your work guys!

These were the most qualified and experienced guys in town back when we had our Geothermal put in by Arronco and boy are we glad we chose them. They are prompt, professional, tidy and very friendly.

Daniel came and checked my garbage disposal. I explain to him that my garbage disposal was brand new and I couldn't get the company that had rebuilt his house to do anything except send one of the realtors handyman and of course he did not know anything about garbage disposals. So Daniel was very kind checked it out and said the switch needed to be changed out to the flip switch that I would be able to use to turn the garbage disposal on and he said it also needed to be rehung. He was very kind. And refused to charge me anything for coming he said that my garbage disposal I had a warranty on it. So I highly recommend blue frog plumbing and the type of people that works there.

If there were 0 stars to give to this business, I would. I contacted them and scheduled repairs in my home on Saturday from the 4-8 pm window. They confirmed, but never showed up and didn't give me any notice. Not only I wasted my Saturday afternoon, but my big problem with the leak still exists and I now need to chase new plumber on Sunday.

they charged my senior and veteran parents $1680 to replace and install a gas water heater!!!! it only cost 500 at Lowe's. when we called to discuss why it cost 1100 installation,  they wouldn't give an answer other than saying it was a flat rate. not only that,  the service man had them write a check out to himself!!!! when I called the company to find out what was up with that, they said it was fine. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM
