Best System Maintenance in Lexington KY
These guys took 400 dollars from us and didn't even fix our problem. They even left equipment behind and they had to bother us at night to pick it up. Worst plumbers ever

Josh did a wonderful job changing the worn stems on the tub and shower faucets. It's been difficult for my mom to turn the water on due to her arthritis.
She is very happy to be able to turn on the water again without feeling pain. I highly recommend Cecil's plumbing service, they were able to track down replacements for the older parts and Josh installed them quickly and they work great.
I also greatly appreciated the fact that he wore a mask and respected our safety concerns. We will definitely call on Cecil's when we need repairs in the future. Great job!

What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

Please don't use this company. We hired them to replace and insulate our water lines after they busted due to the cold temperatures. Doug Jones was the technician that came out. He charged us $9,000.
After he left, we discovered he only only replaced a small portion of the water lines under the house, the ones they did were installed incorrectly and not insulated at all which is why the refroze. Doug used glue to hold some pipes together, some were hanging down touching the ground, the lines were crossed, specifically our shower was now draining into our bathroom sink, and the ties used to hold up the pipes had been removed causing the entire system was on the verge of collapse.
Although I requested multiple times to speak with the owner, Jonathan David Shepherd, he refused to speak to me or return my call. We had to hire another company and pay another $8,000 to not only correct the work All In One did, but to fix the additional damage Doug did to our house. This company is complete scam.

Dean installed a heat pump and a furnace for us within a week we had to have him come back out for a service call and he tried to charge us $65.00. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED and he cursed at us and hung up on us.
We think the professional thing to do was stand behind his work, politely oblige and fix it which is all that we had requested. Incident took place in 2001 and we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!

The issue I was having was fixed, so that is why I gave a two star rating of my overall experience, but it was not without frustrations.
I made the service call for a slow draining kitchen sink after trying numerous things myself, including a manual snake, which just did not get the job done. I wanted a power snake and thus the call to the plumbing company.
Of course, when I told this to the plumber, he spent the first hour repeating several of the techniques I had already tried and on hour two finally got to the power snake, which I intended him to start with.
The issue was fixed after 3.25 hours, which I am grateful, but after the plumber left, I found my crawlspace door open and at least five cigarette butts in my driveway where his vehicle was parked.
Call me picky, but I expect things to be put back as they were (crawlspace door closed) , I do not appreciate litter on my driveway (cigarette butts are litter) or paying for at least five smoke breaks in 3 hours and it was frustrating to watch the plumber in vane execute similar tactics that I used, essentially wasting the first hour. Next time I have a plumbing need, I will try another company.
