I so appreciate people of integrity! Thank you so much for fixing the problem! I thought I had a huge issue and Buzz found out it was no problem at all! Just the girls letting water go over the edge of the tub while showering! Lol!

We found out about this company at a local Builders event in Kingsport.  They gave us the normal we are good and get the job done speech and so we decided to give them a chance.  WELL....let me tell you its not a speech. They delivered product and service over and above what was expected. We had 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill Bathroom painted caulked and carpet taken out with Vinyl flooring put in. It took 3 days, They were here on time, cleaned up, extremely polite and the job was absolutely amazing. Never before have we had a job done with no revisions no complaints no do overs. What a great feeling to have it done right the first time and the cost was reasonable. it was much less than other quotes and it took less time. A company that understands that homeowners don't want to have workers come in work for 4 hours and leave until the next day and leave the construction chaos in their home for days. They came in and got it done. That's good business. Forget about shopping around this is a one stop home improvement place!

We have been using Mullins plumbing for years. Today Mark came out as we had a backed up kitchen sink and a leaking shower. As always he was helpful and friendly, and took care of the problems quickly. In the past we've used them and they always fix things at a very fair price. I never feel like they try to up sale me more than what needs to be done.  I will not hesitate to call them in the future with all of our plumbing issues.

Loved that they called me right away, they were the first to reply to my request for a quote.  Mr. Adams was very pleasant to deal with by phone and by texting me as this was the best way to communicate with myself.  I was looking forward to his in person quote next day and I had to cancel.  He left such an impression with me that when I am ready to finish my project he will be the first I call.  Thank you Donna M.
