Plumbers are never cheap. Service One is no exception to that. They charge $85 an hour plus materials. But if you can't get cheap, you definitely want fast because that keeps the hours from getting out of hand. The plumber came out and was fast and efficient. He had the job done in less than an hour, and while I was still out a Franklin, it wasn't several Franklins.

This was the first time I had ever used Yelp's service for finding a business. It was super easy. I just entered the problem I was having, and three plumbing services were notified. Service One got back with me that night, within about a hour of my submission. Two other plumbing businesses contacted me the next morning. I went with Service One because they were so quick to get back with me, and I like businesses that respond quickly. Rates between the three were all pretty close, although Service One had the other two beaten by a small margin.

I really liked the plumber, Steve. I explained to him the problem, he immediately told me two possible solutions, and got to work. Luckily, the issue was a quick one to fix, and he had the job done in around a half an hour. He even explained to me a possible solution and cost to a separate issue I was having that did not immediately need to be resolved.

Billing is a little different with Service One. You don't pay the plumber. A bill shows up in the mail a day or two after the service. It's a little strange, as you don't know the exact charge until you get the bill after the fact, but was a minor issue to me. I would definitely use them again.

We have used Arroco Comfort Air, Inc. for over 20 years. Their preventive maintenance program keeps our HVAC system running in top condition and, more importantly, extends its life. Their service technicians are always professional, personable, and competent. The office staff is friendly and courteous and works with us to arrange appointments at days and times that are convenient for us. We are also very pleased with the products we have purchased from them. Their energy efficient furnaces have saved us literally thousands of dollars in energy costs throughout the years, and their Aprilaire whole-home humidifier keeps our home at just the right humidity levels throughout the year, eliminating completely that winter dryness that is so uncomfortable. Please don't use this company. We hired them to replace and insulate our water lines after they busted due to the cold temperatures. Doug Jones was the technician that came out. He charged us $9,000.

After he left, we discovered he only only replaced a small portion of the water lines under the house, the ones they did were installed incorrectly and not insulated at all which is why the refroze. Doug used glue to hold some pipes together, some were hanging down touching the ground, the lines were crossed, specifically our shower was now draining into our bathroom sink, and the ties used to hold up the pipes had been removed causing the entire system was on the verge of collapse.

Although I requested multiple times to speak with the owner, Jonathan David Shepherd, he refused to speak to me or return my call. We had to hire another company and pay another $8,000 to not only correct the work All In One did, but to fix the additional damage Doug did to our house. This company is complete scam.

This company is HORRIBLE!  I wouldn't give them any stars after the experience that I had. (But the app made me or I couldn't post). I'm also reporting them to the BBB!  (I'm only posting in hopes that someone reads this and it keeps you from using them) We called them because we had family that used them and had a nice experience, however, after our technician came out NEVER AGAIN!!  Be warned!!!  They tried selling me a new unit after only having our unit for 9 years!  I got lots of red flags when our guy came out to talk to us, but heard him out. After all, they know more about HVAC units than I do. The guy that came out was only out for his commission check and did not care what it took to get my business. I was the only one time at the time the service call was made and when the technician came back in to give me the diagnosis he said your compressor is out and you also need new blades and a new motor...this is gonna cost you around $1000 or so and I wouldn't even bother putting the money into it!  You just need to look at purchasing a new unit to bring down the cost of your utilities. I thought about what he said, but still lots of red flags went up. I said well how much is a new unit?!?  He said we gotta send a rep out to discuss with you, but you're looking at getting some rebates back to help with your cost. I told the guy well I'm not gonna purchase today, I need to think about this. And the man said and I QUOTE you can't make a decision without your husband?  I mean, who says that #1?  #2 yes, I can make a decision and with you saying that it sent up more red flags that I shouldn't go with this!!!  Long story short, we had a different technician from another company come and it was a breaker that was switched off and it cost us $65!!  Upwards of $3k to $65 is a HUGE difference. I cannot believe that they would take advantage of someone like this and they should be put out of business for being such crooks. I wish that I could set y'all up and have NBC is my closet come out and lock y'all away with no business forever!  Don't believe a word they say. Bunch of LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!  I will make sure that everyone I know doesn't use them. Not right to speak to someone that way but also, not right to be cross with people either!!!
