Best Air Duct Repair in Lexington KY
So far they have been to my cabin in Willisburg 3 times, once to install a heat pump and twice to repair another expert's mistakes. They are now working on getting the thermostat so that it does not run basically all the time and not heat the place well. Set on 72 and temp
66. I have been told by Chris a few days ago the stat should have a setting for emergency heat.
The reason this is not a 5 star review is the advertisement stating 24/7. First, contacted the day after service that the heat was still not running properly. The fellow (Jake?) called me back to say he had reached out to sevicemen but none had returned his call. This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the first of the week.
I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message.
I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised.
I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.

I would have loved to be able to give GreenBox a zero star rating, however that option wasn't available. After scheduling an appointment for them to just come out and hook up my kitchen plumbing after my new counters were installed they called twice to push the appointment back and then ultimately sent an unprofessional tech to the door. He wanted to write up an estimate and then charged my wife $89 for a diagnostic test. I work hard so I can hire people that do this stuff for a living to just get it done and out of the way. It appears he never got that message. After feeling pressured my wife called me at work and I simply advised her to pay the technician the money and tell him to hit the road. The technician told my wife at the time that he went out of his way to come to our house that day and was mad that he made the effort to come and write up an estimate. He clearly wasn't brought into the loop as we were scheduled for an 8am appointment that was pushed back to noon and then again to 2:30. We clearly were the ones that had gone out of the way for the company. Shortly after he left I received a call from the owner who promised to remove the $89 charge from my card. Which never happened! Thus the reason for the review. He apologized for all the cancellations and the behavior of the tech. It was the best $89 I have spent. I was so glad I told her to send him packing. I was able to do the work myself at a fraction of the cost. If you are considering hiring GreenBox for anything I would advise you to run for the hills from this company.
