Our water heater broke on a sunday during the coronavirus pandemic, and Tony still came out and installed a new water heater. He was quick, efficient, kind, and professional. Absolutely 5 stars!!!  We are keeping his card on the fridge to call him for any other repairs! Thanks, Tony!

I had a issue with water coming out my ceiling recessed lighting.  Originally we thought it was the condensation pipe or pan overflowing and leaking from the air conditioner.  After that was ruled out this plumber was called.  The were professional, quick and efficient.  Found out the issue  was from the bathroom clean out under the sink to the street was clogged.  Simple fix and this was at 10 pm on a Friday night. Thank you so much great professional plumbing company.

John was an amazing help!! I just purchased a new home in Tehachapi, and the water heater had a leak and would not keep the correct temperature. The home warranty people wanted to write it off as wear and tear. But John talked with them and got them to replace my water heater. He is on time and trustworthy. Like the saying goes, You get what you pay for. We always hope we can get high quality work at low prices, but that's rarely the case. Since I have a home warranty, all I have to pay is the flat service call fee, but Payless isn't even worth that! In fact, they almost cost me a whole lot more. They misdiagnosed the water backup from the toilet, saying the sewer line was broken. Not only would that have caused me to pay to have the foundation cut open and the flooring be replaced, but it also would've caused the water damage to not be covered under homeowner's insurance. Good thing I asked for a second opinion before tearing up the floor of the house. Honest Plumber was dispatched and they found the water backup to be caused by a stuck flapper in the toilet tank. Simple fix that saved me thousands of dollars. Don't try to pay less with Payless, you'll end up paying much more.

Liberty was recommended to me by Lucas plumbing. He told me they were reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. I called him in the morning and he was able to come out the same day. His crew worked quick and did a great job with clean up! I definitely recommend them. We will be calling him back in a few years when we need it pumped again.

I spoke to the guy now regarding the plumbing issue in one of my rental unit , he came through choice home warranty , but he was saying that plumbing line was blocked and he can't do anything , I questioned him why can't you run the snake , then he was going very rude and talking with out manners and started abusing . Better stay away with company and person .

Richard did an outstanding job. He was over my house within two days of requesting his services (last minute) to install a kitchen faucet. The hose was faulty and leaked within two days of installation so he came back to fix the issue and didn't charge me a dime! I found a plumber for my future plumbing issues! Boom!

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. This guy was awesome. Prompt, professional, and fair priced. I called and he was able to come out the next day and repair my leaking sink and install some faucets. I'm really happy with the work. Woke up to my mom who lives with me letting me know about water damage in the bathroom her and my sister share. After a quick Google search I realized this could be a leaking pipe in my wall. I called Roto-rooter right away due to their leak detection services. Joseph A. Showed up to my house much sooner then expected which was nice. He promptly troubleshooted and found out it was just water from my sister leaving the shower open when she takes a shower. He was very professional and courteous not to mention he didn't charge me for his time. He could've easily lied and tried to take advantage of me which has happened with other plumbers before but he was very honest which is rare nowadays. I was referred to this company by a neighbor and it was worth every penny. Sabir was the person that came by for a estimate and did the work, he was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He was honest and gave me a reasonable price for the amount of work that had to be done to put a utility sink in my garage. My house had no prior sink there so he had to improvise in order to make it work and he put it exactly where I needed it and I was very satisfied. It is good quality and works very well for me. So I am happy and thankful and I will definitely recommend him to others and have him do work for me in the future if need be.

My toilet and bathtub were backing up, and the toilet overflowed. I needed help right away. We contacted McCall's Plumbing. He came right away, assessed the situation (he was correct), and, in no time, fixed the problem.
He is knowledgeable and fair. I've even asked him for an estimate on some small repairs.

Called them out to fix a problem with my septic tank after another company jacked it up. Guys seem very nice and the obviously knew what they were doing. Gave some good advice on how to check my system before it backs up. Would use again.

The following replaces my concern regarding an exhorbitant fee.  

On 4/11, much to my surprise, because I had made many attempts to speak to the owner regarding the bill without any response, I received a check apparently acknowledging my complaint in the amount of $98.00. I still have no idea why the owner never contacted me; as when disputes are amicably settled, the parties are generally comfortable to utilize that company's service as previous fees (for the past 10 years) have been quite satisfactory. However, I still maintain this particular plumber/employee really didn't know what he was up against, hence the exorbitant bill. Note:  there is not, nor has been in the past, anything wrong or faulty with their work performed.  Ultimately, the partial refund is appreciated.  The bottom line, therefor, DO consider Bakersfield Plumbing Company for any plumbing needs, without hesitation or concern about the job. You won't be disappointed in the quality of the work.

We have the seasonal maintenance from Gundlach. They are polite, professional and keep our heater and air conditioning running well. They call to make the appointment and come out on time. Dan T. was our serviceman and he was took care of our heater  a/c the inside and outside.
