Needed a plumber to come same day in pine mountain and roto rooter was the only company of about 10 that I called that could accommodate. They sent their technician Eric who was GREAT! He was kind enough to wait for me to call my warranty to ensure that the services I needed were covered and they were which was an added bonus! He was fast, professional, and courteous.
