I would like to give a high review to Billy Jenkins for his professionalism and ability to get right to work to make sure myself as the customer is taken care of. Billy was very friendly as well and I would recommend him to anyone. Also, I appreciate his punctuality to be at my house which helped me to plan my day accordingly.

I got a call from the company a day after leaving the prior review. The manager had let me know that they have suspended that plumber. He told me he has to work with corporate moving forward. They called me do days later to let me know that that plumber has been  let go.  I did a little research and they in fact let him go. I also found out that the company had a meeting and new protocalls were put in place. I'm leaving three stars because I only got a phone call after leaving the prior review instead of the manager giving me a call back when I called the day of the incident and requesting them giving me a call.
