We hired this company to do some plumbing work for us, only to find out they did a faulty job. We tried reaching out multiple times only to get the run around.
On top of that, we've spoke to the owner and his girlfriend multiple times requesting for a w9 form. They continously say they would send it over numerous times (at least 4 times) yet we never got it.
Funny how they will call you back for new business but as soon as you have a problem or need help, they go ghost.
