Awesome, is how describe my experience with Roto-Rooter Restoration Service!  We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the downtown stairs laundry room.
Billy Jenkins and David, of Lancaster were able to find the leak quickly. They were very professional,  courteous, efficient and communicated each step of the process. My husband and I are extremely satisfied, and would definitely use their services again.

Set Appointment Thursday night for for Friday morning. Received a call from dispatcher giving me a window of 10-11am, at 11:45 I called to see where they were and dispatcher said they weren't able to come until later, she called me back and said they would be there between 4-6pm, they didn't show up. Now I get to go through a weekend with no toilet or pay overtime rates, don't waste your time.
