I called in the morning to see how much would they charge me for a clogged toilet and tub also to see if they could come today. The lady on the phone was very nice she gave me the price and transferred me to another extension where I could schedule the work. They were able to come between 1-2pm. AJ arrived at 1:15 really nice guy was able to get the job done. I really like the invoice they sent me with the pictures of what was clogging the drain. Thank you

Our septic system backed up on a Saturday afternoon. We began calling plumbing companies only to have people tell us we will call you Monday or they don't service residential septic systems anymore. Alex, not only took our call, he came out, with his wife, on Sunday and pumped and cleaned our system. Of all the companies who have came before him, he was by far the most professional and clean. Alex and Liberty will be our first call every time.

Needed an emergency plumber due to a leaking toilet in our rental house. Mark came out same day, found and fixed the problem, and also diagnosed and took care of several other plumbing issues while he was at it! Terrific service, friendly, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of working with Tony on a complete repiping of our plumbing on our home. We went from copper to pex and he was complete in three days, that also included a new water heater and valves to our showers. Did I mention fixing a small leak on our main valve? I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. Usually I completely loathe the idea of even calling any plumbers or any company for help, but this was a dire situation. Especially the day before Thanksgiving! Lucas arrived within 30 mins to our residence and unclogged our toilet that had overflowed all throughout the bathroom and I had to shut off the water completely. This guy was awesome. Prompt, professional, and fair priced. I called and he was able to come out the next day and repair my leaking sink and install some faucets. I'm really happy with the work. You can tell he knows what he's doing, and for sure he's going to be my go to guy for any repairs or installations in the future. I highly recommend him.

We had our water heater crack and flood my garage and Sabir from extreme plumbing was able to make it out there the same day to replace it. He was able to explain why that happened very clearly and made the replacement process very easy! Definitely recommend.

Want a job done wrong? Well you've found the right company! They were coming over to our apartment complex to change the pipes. I had to constantly call them to inform them of things like water not coming out of the spigot in my backyard, they came out and dug a huge hole and never closed it, I called a few times and still nothing. Then  they were working under my sink and obviously they had to remove the items I had under their and put my toilet bowl cleaner on a bunch of my towels, which had bleach in it so it bleached a bunch of my towels, THEN they cut a pipe to replace the water heater but cut it so it was still attached to the wall, only now it was blocking entry into my apartment so each time I wanted to go inside I had to lift the pipe to go in my apartment, AND THEY JUST LEFT IT LIKE THAT, they had to go in too so to just leave it like that is just a big eff you in my opinion. I guess I found out recently when they dug up that hole in my yard they damaged all the sprinkler lines, this company is a joke

Eddie is a life saver!!! Had a backup into my kitchen sink that was pretty disgusting and it quickly became evident that it was going to require a professional. Eddie was the quickest to respond to me when I reached out to different companies here on Yelp. He also didn't disregard me like another company did because they felt it was time sensitive (which it was yes but I knew I would have to work around my own schedule) and they weren't going to be available so they just completely turned me away. I wound up having to wait about 4 days from when I initially reached out which was fine with me. When I told Eddie the problem, he gave me a quote (which was exactly what I ended up paying at the end) and we continued to discuss from there to arrange times. I've luckily never had to deal with too many home repairs but I know that a plumbing issue seems to be the most daunting and depending on what it is some of the most expensive. I was really dreading an exorbitant cost or worse, the issue turning out to be more than initially anticipated. This was not the case thankfully and the price I paid was absolutely more than worth it. Not just for the fact the clog in the drain was fixed but that Eddie was so nice, informative, and responsive. He was very professional and VERY efficient. I would highly recommend Eddie and Tradition Plumbing to anyone!

A late night repair was needed, a copper pipe had a pin hole leak. The tech called me back immediately and let me know he could go out. He did explain it was a higher rate due to being late night and an emergency call out. After agreeing, he was out at the property with in 30 mins and had the problem fixed within the hour. I would definitely use them in the future again.

Quick response to my request abd scheduled repair within 24 hours. Repaired bathrub fuxtures that had previously been repaired and went above and beyond to prevent further issues. Will definitely be using him again.

Very please with the services of Ruiz Plumbing Rooter. Had an annoying water leak on my property. Jorge arrived on time and fixed the issue on the spot. I recommend this business for your plumbing issues.

Had them come out to see about installing a new faucet and shower head. They showed up on time, but then were there for about 10 minutes total before recommending a different fix. Our plumber then left and we proceeded to fix the shower ourselves. A few weeks later we received a bill of almost $100 for less than 20 minutes of work. I understand that they're unionized and that they had the hassle of driving out, but to charge 100 to tell us to do it ourselves is not acceptable. We would have been happy to pay a slightly smaller fee for the trouble of driving out, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

TL;DR: Just hire a local handyman. There are plenty that will do it for a better price.

This company should be called the shady dirty plumber, to be more accurate.  First, this guy came by an hour after his long expected appointment window and only stayed for 15 minutes.  He used our master bathroom,  and didn't wash his hands.  Gross.  After that he asked to use our phone...again Gross.  After that he left and denied our claim after saying that it was already approved and that he would be back in a couple days to fix it.  I would rather fork out the extra money than use my home warranty to have this company come out. I'm out the service call fee as well.  Horrible horrible company thanks for nothing.  If you do have to use this company try not to get Jim as the technician, as previously mentioned, he isn't the best

Called them with a plumbing problem (duh!) early in the morning. Took them less than 45 minutes to get on site and problem repaired within an hour. Nuff said.

Absolutely disgusted with this place.  Owner refuses to call me back to discuss the issue, and I've been so reasonable with him.  No yelling or anything.  So, maybe they can fix my issue inside my house, but god forbid you have a problem.  Owner won't do anything about it.  Poor work quality + poor customer service = ??

I was recommended by a family friend.  My heater was broken and it took them two days to come out.  Then they wanted me to pay a huge amount, and then tried to push their $20 a month maintenance program.  I get that, but seriously, the price was way too high.  I know I can find just as good service for more reasonable price.  On top of it, I gave them a second chance to fix my leaking sink and then they told me it was going to be cheaper to just replace the sink as it would cost almost $800 to repair it!!! But another family friend came by and fixed the leak for free, so what even was their purpose?  Their diagnosis fee is reasonable, so I appreciate that. Other than that, I'm not sure I will use this business again.  Too rich for my blood.
