She triple checked that everything was working. Great work ethic! I'm completely satisfied with the service. She's a bad A double snakes!

We can't say enough about how extremely pleased we were to work with Eddie! He is a great plumber and honest. He was very prompt to respond to my yelp inquiry about how much it would cost to fix a kitchen sink overflowing problem. He contacted us and gave us a reasonable quote with no hidden fees. Eddie quickly scheduled us for a next day appointment.  He did have to reschedule our original appointment due to having had an unforeseen complication with the previous job/appointment with another client.  He said that a pipe had broken, and he had to wait for Cal-Water to turn off the water. We appreciated him contacting us and rescheduling our appointment for the next day. He even gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

Eddie showed up the next day just like he said he would. He was polite and very professional when he showed up wearing his mask because of the COVID19 circumstance.  He quickly diagnosed our plumbing issue as a grease plug. He was able to get our kitchen sink and the draining pipe for laundry washer cleared out and in good working order.

We then asked, him since he was already at our house, how much it would cost to get the kitchen faucet replaced. He gave us a reasonable quote so we also hired him to replace our kitchen faucet. He was unable to do it the same day since he had other jobs, but he scheduled an appointment to do this three days later.

On the second appointment, once again he showed up when he said he would, and he replaced our faucet that is now working great!! Our old faucet had little water pressure. One of the shut off valves needed to be replaced due to it being old and rusty and it nearly broke. He showed us the problem and asked if we would like it to be replaced for a small additional fee. We appreciate him showing us the problem and asking if we wanted it replaced, instead of just doing it and then charging us what we would have assumed was a hidden fee. We appreciate that he is very honest and up front with fees. We hate when people say they will charge you a set amount only to give you a different price later on.

Eddie was very honest and reasonable in his fees for services.  So much so that we asked him to give us a quote for re-piping our entire house. We appreciate that he didn't just give a price off the top of his head when we asked him. He looked around the house to see what would need to be replaced, and he later gave us an informed and reasonable quote. As mentioned before, we were very pleased to work with Eddie, and we would recommend him to others.

The Best!!! I'm so thankful I went with American Leak Detection. I had a cracked pipe underneath our outdoor entry. I was so nervous about the repair but Ricardo is the most skilled, most focused specialist. His calm confident demeanor but me at ease. I had a clogged system in the main drain my auger couldn't reach so I called Tommy's plumbing service and they sent a team out  super quick! Unfortunately I was not home because I thought they were gonna show up later and when I arrived they had cleared it from the outside drain and just said To go in and try it and it worked! Nothing negative to say about these guys, I appreciate the help. Thank you!

On a hot July Saturday afternoon, I called half a dozen plumbers that get good marks on Yelp and most of them were forwarding their telephones to messaging services or saying that Monday was the earliest they could come out, but not Pistol Pete.  Their phone was answered by young Pete, AKA RePete, and they showed up within an hour of the call to clear a sewer line, in an older home.  
It was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it had to be snaked from the roof, since no cleanout was available on ground level.  Both Pete and RePete were friendly, professional and obviously dedicated to great service.
I recommend this family-run-outfit, without reservation.

Billy Jenkins was absolutely amazing! He was on time for my service request and answered every question I had for him. I used a different plumber before he came and wish I would have used Billy before losing my money to the other plumber. Very patient, friendly, and professional. So happy with the fast response of Roto-Rooter in Carp. Robert Summers the technician that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable and has 20 years of experience. I have had 5 to 6 other plumbers come to try to fix this toilet with this problem over the past two weeks without success.  But today I called Roto-Rooter, used my Axxess card so I  got 30% off, received wonderful service and they fixed the problem others walked away from!  I will be calling them again!

Always on time, within the hours they quote and they call when they are on the way. I had two toilets that needed the valves and water lines replaced. In and out in about 35 min. They charge $85/hr and the whole bill including parts was $139. I have used them on several occasions now and they have never let me down. You WILL have to provide a credit card prior to their arrival. If you are unwilling or unable to provide a credit card they will not take the job.

Never use this company. Rude employees and crazy hourly rates. Oh and they charge for travel time so hopefully they don't get stuck in traffic on the way to you. You will have to pay for that. Their technician Jason is extremely rude and the receptionist is clueless.

We've used Ron's a couple times to fix issues with our water heater -- once for a last-minute replacement of a pressure relief valve that was done by Ron himself (at 5pm on a Friday, no less!), and once to replace an old water heater whose bottom had rusted out with a new tankless unit. Ron and his employees were prompt, polite, and did a great job each time. We will be using them for all our future plumbing projects. Highly recommended!
