So I called this company to get my kitchen sink unclogged about 12:30 pm. The receptionist told me that she can have a guy come over about 4. I thought I would have to wait the next day, and so I was happy. What made it even better, Tim, shows up 15 mins til. Tim was professional, loved his job (company), and very informative. He pretty much gave me an earful of Dont's, which I think was great. And Do's as well. He ran the proper equipment not like the previous plumber I had called years ago. Tim told me so (the snake used was for a bath tub). Problem fixed and now I have some Dont's to consider while using the sink thanks to Tim. Pricing is very reasonable also. I'll definitely will be calling this company again in the future. Hint: they don't just do plumbing

My toilet and bathtub were backing up, and the toilet overflowed. I needed help right away. We contacted McCall's Plumbing. He came right away, assessed the situation (he was correct), and, in no time, fixed the problem.

My Roomate and I were having issues with our water heater and dishwasher for some time now. We've had a couple of people take a look at them and fix it but none were as communicative or knowledgeable as Kevin. He fixed the problem and reassured us he would be in at our service if anything went wrong. On a hot July Saturday afternoon, I called half a dozen plumbers that get good marks on Yelp and most of them were forwarding their telephones to messaging services or saying that Monday was the earliest they could come out, but not Pistol Pete.  Their phone was answered by young Pete, AKA RePete, and they showed up within an hour of the call to clear a sewer line, in an older home.  
It was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it had to be snaked from the roof, since no cleanout was available on ground level.  Both Pete and RePete were friendly, professional and obviously dedicated to great service.
I recommend this family-run-outfit, without reservation.

So my renters called and said carpet in master bedroom is soaking wet.  I figured it was coming from the guest bathroom bathtub because it on the other side of the wall where wet carpet was. I had prior problems with drain getting loose and leaking water so I made sure to tell the roto rooter technician Ben to check the tub drain.  He called me and left voicemail saying he checked drain and that's not the problem it's all dry under there and he has to knock down wall between bedroom and tub to find problem and it would be 1100$ to rip down wall and find issue and depending on issue it will be more.  I said I'll hold off and I went to house and took off panel and looked at tub drain and it was soaked under there and I turn on tub water and sure enough it's leaking.  So I go buy a $30 drain and fix it myself.  Then I called manager Brandon to telll him about experience and I even emailed him videos and copies of bens voicemails saying he checked drain and it's dry and he needs to rip in wall and will cost thousand. He offered to go to rental and double check my work but never went and never called me back.  I have videos, pictures and copies of voicemails showing technician was going to start ripping into walls and charging me thousands when issue was a $30 fix like I had told him and he lied to me.  SHADY PLACE DONT USE THEM

Cant say enough good things about these guys, Timothy is a pro and really instilled confidence during the process. It went from an extremely stressful major sewer job to complete, and all  in the time frame I needed. Best of all after the major task of digging up the driveway and part of the yard they put everything back exactly the way it was. Will definitely hire them next time.

I had Fredrick from Payless Plumbing at my house today. He called before coming over to make sure I was home. He was on time, polite and helpful. I had a spigot that was leaking and I had him check the others while he was there. He changed two spigots and the price of $129 was reasonable. I have clients ask for contractors all the time. Payless is who I will be referring them to. Good job Fredrick!!!

A guy named Bobby came out. Super friendly and funny. Fixed it very quickly.
I asked to set up an appointment 2 days in the future in the morning. They worked with that. The guy arrived on time.

The service was great even though they showed up late. Henry, the tech I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, when he presented me with a six hundred and eighty some dollars invoice, I asked him to double check his itemized statement. I figured he made s mistake and added cost of material. I supplied the garbage disposal and the Sink faucet, Henry only provided the labor. He was at my house for 1 hour and 50 minutes total, including personal blablabla conversation and he took his jolly time working. Not to mention they add $48 to your bill just to show up, but it's not part of the labor performed. It's just for them to show up.
I own five restaurants and I deal with plumbing companies almost daily and in five different cities, and the most I have ever paid for plumbing services (as weekend overtime) was 140$/labor hour.
These guys are crooked thieves.
