Best Air Duct Installation in Bakersfield CA

I was impressed at first when Frank Jr. came out and took a look at our roof. Materials, photos, his responses all made sense. The roof needed to be repaired and obviously had two roof layers from previous roofing jobs. So the estimate came in and only included (1) layer to be removed. Makes no sense and his excuse was he does not charge until he knows for sure there are 2 layers but from many locations around all the edges to open spots there are in fact 2 layers. But the catch is (once they start and you've already signed to agree to the job) they then add $600 bucks to the job for the second layer. This is in a way fraud to get a lower estimate which later they can change. I find this underhanded, wrong and dishonest. I had 2 other roofers come out who did not play the same game. Both made it clear there were 2 layers of roof already in place. I don't buy the We had a conversation about this while I was there. This is why things are in writing. So Beware the low estimate you get from these guys may be just a way to get you to buy in later to find out they're much more expensive.

Noticed our AC wasn't working effectively the day before our family vacation. So we turned it off during the heat wave and left town for a week. We made an appointment for the day we were going to be home. The technician, Brandon, arrived promptly. He was so nice as he listened to me give a somewhat ridiculous explanation of what was going on and what I thought it sounded like.
It didn't take him long to find the easy fix. He also recommended a part, that wasn't the cause of the issue but that could lead to bigger issues down the road, be replaced.
He was in and out in less than an hour and it cost MUCH less than we thought.
I'll be honest, he totally could've taken advantage of my AC ignorance and overcharged (or even charged us for phantom parts/services).
This company is HONEST, EFFICIENT, and I will never call anyone else!

I had a horrible experience.  Gundlach's came out and serviced our A/C system and pointed out a part that needed to be replaced.  A month later and our A/C system will not cool the house and runs all day.  The house was so hot that we had to stay with relatives since our son was sick and just came home from the hospital.  After a few visits, they still could not figure out what was wrong with the system and never fixed it and still charged us.  We decided to replace the A/C system after a week of not being able to live in our house.
The worst part was when we tried to go our separate ways from Gundlach's.  We had signed up for the comfort club on their first visit.  When we tried to cancel after the first service was paid in full, they wanted us to pay for the discount that we had received from the comfort club.  They stated that they guarantee their work for two years which is why I had to pay the difference. Some warranty, the system and the part failed in less than a month and they could not fix the problem.  I would not waste my time and money with this company.
