Best A/C Installation in Bakersfield CA

Living in an older home with original plumbing, we have had more than a few occasions to require plumbing services.  Out of the several companies we've tried, we have had the most success with Advanced.  

We most recently (11/02) had a severe back-up in the kitchen sink, and nothing we tried ourselves would clear it.  We called Advanced, and Sabir came out the same day, toward the beginning of the 2 hour window we were told to expect him.  He was professional but very friendly, informative, and got the job done and trouble cleared up quickly.  (Just sorry he had to work in the rain, even though he said he didn't mind!)

A plumbing company that's on time, finishes the job efficiently, and have good attitudes...?  I'll be recommending them to friends and family who need a good service.

My wife had alerted me that we need to get our septic tank pumped as water has been very slow flowing down the drain.  I called several companies listed here on Yelp and made a decision to utilize Liberty Plumbing & Septic.  Alex, the owner, returned my call promptly and gave me a quote that was competitive. I did not want to use another company listed here that charged me 2x six years ago.

I arranged for a 2:00 PM appointment today.  I received a call from Alex advising that he is going to be a little late as he is still stuck with a previous appointment.  Upon arrival he had surveyed the possible location of the septic tanks and proceeded and rang the doorbell.  I notice two workers, clean and very presentable.  Both went ahead and started to dig.  Half an hour later, I was summoned to show me how full the two septic tanks were.  45 minutes later, both septic tanks had been drained, dirt put back and grass replaced.

A very good experience indeed.  Alex is an honest owner / operator and do not have any hesitation to recommend this company for your required septic needs.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. They also worked quick to install pipes and drains for a new kitchenette and laundry units. Thanks guys!

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

After having a terrible experience with Blazer Septic Services, John offered to give a second opinion for a very minimal fee! He also said he could come out the following morning. Very courteous, and truly looks out for the homeowner's best interest!

What can I say, I was having a bad morning and noticed the shower and toilet were clogged. I decided to look on Yelp before going with my dad's recommendation and found the Plumbing Doc. I called early in the morning(roughly 645) and was told they opened at 8, I got a call back not even 5 minutes after letting me know they are. 24 hour service if I need immediate attention, I told the gentleman no thank you I can wait till 8 and he put me on schedule. He told me it would be about $107 to snake out the line and I agreed. A guy came shorty after 8 and couldn't do the job because he had to go through the roof, now here's my only bad comment he had to bring another guy because he didn't have a ladder so it was an additional $65 which had me a little concerned you'd imagine a guy would have a ladder on his service truck. Anyways 4 days later on a Saturday I noticed the side of my house was flooded with a ton of stuff I don't want to mention, I called and spoke to Rick the owner and told him my situation and he sent a guy out named Phillip at no charge even though my invoice said no warranty. Phillip took care of the issue and answered all my dumb questions when he was trying to work. It's guys like Rick who do the right thing that makes me know who to call whenever I have any type of plumbing issue!

Needed an emergency plumber due to a leaking toilet in our rental house. Mark came out same day, found and fixed the problem, and also diagnosed and took care of several other plumbing issues while he was at it! Terrific service, friendly, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

These guys are quality, top notch in skill and politeness, they remodeled most of my house and I am more than pleased with their awesome work. My only regret is going against some of their recommendations! They knew how important a light above the kitchen sink was oh why did I not listen!!! They were also so patient with all my changing ideas and indecisiveness on things. Hiring them combined with Pinterest I was able to create my dream kitchen and other rooms without paying tons of money for one of those remodeling businesses just to try and tell me what my house should look like and charge me twice as much to make those decisions and manage the job, it wasn't difficult with absolute because if they didn't do it they had a solid guy that did and got me In touch immediately

Richard did an outstanding job. He was over my house within two days of requesting his services (last minute) to install a kitchen faucet. The hose was faulty and leaked within two days of installation so he came back to fix the issue and didn't charge me a dime! I found a plumber for my future plumbing issues! Boom!

I wish I chose Darren sooner. He is reasonably priced, reliable, on-time and very thorough with his evaluation. I'm confident that the work he completed will resolve my issue. He offered insight on pool maintenance that no other company has given me before.

What made my situation more complex was that I had COVID during the evaluation. Darren's professionalism shined through as he made sure I understood what he was doing even from a significant distance.

Usually I completely loathe the idea of even calling any plumbers or any company for help, but this was a dire situation. Especially the day before Thanksgiving! Lucas arrived within 30 mins to our residence and unclogged our toilet that had overflowed all throughout the bathroom and I had to shut off the water completely. Anything I did, plunging, waiting for the water to lower and try again... I had it! I called and had them come out. To my surprise, this was the best and most professional experience i've had with any company. TRULY HONEST AND INFORMATIVE!! Lucas, Thankyou & we will be using your services from now on. I called Jason in the morning and he was able to schedule me in the same day. Communicated effectively and kept me updated as far as his ETA. Work was done quickly and right the first time. His prices were hands down the best I was quoted by far.  Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be calling again when I need a plumber.

Carroll Plumbing are the ultimate professionals, clean, friendly and prompt.  My only recommendation would be to get a written estimate in advance, detailing exactly what is to be done and a do not exceed price quote.   The work was done well in the end, but took 3 trips to finish as promised and exceeded our phone quotation by 30% (which was already implied to be on the high end).  Some of the overage was due to an unforeseen leak in a bad copper plumbing union (though it lasted 50 years up until then) and they removed an hour of the other overages after we objected, though not all as we felt was warranted.  In hindsight, I should have just done most of the work myself.

We have had Payless plumbing help us many many times over the years and have always had a great experience.  Even with a few emergency leaks they were able to help us out right away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
They sent a completely inexperienced plumber who openly admitted that he was learning as he was going (his name is Robert Guitierrez), and admitted that the only reason it took him three hours to replace a P-trap is because he was constantly making mistakes.
So, we paid $650 to install a P-trap and clear three drains.
He cleared two, and couldn't figure out how to clear the third. So he called his manager who promised to come out on 8/10/2020 to see what the problem was. Mr. Guiterrez then promised me that they would call on 8/10/2020 to set up an appointment time, and that the call-out fee would be waived.
No one called, no one came.
So, not only does this company employ completely inexpert wannabes who play at being plumber, they won't keep their word unless there's money involved.
I do not recommend this company unless you're comfortable having newbies practicing on your plumbing.

Beware !!... way too expensive . called for a broken waterpipe on the weekend .. 150 house call.. Service guy showed up and said it would be 1200 to repair .. Week day 800.. said no thanks .. 20 dollars worth of parts , 45 min job ...  call around ..
