Best Plumbing Inspection in Las Vegas NV

When I first bought my house (former foreclosure), I had major leak issues everywhere. A Better Plumbing Co came out and fixed everything...So  when I wanted more work done, naturally I contacted them.

Using their website, the first email had no response. The second email got a response, A two line response, that said their free estimate costs $75 and I can email pictures. Really? I gave a pretty specific list of things that needed doing. This wasn't a Help, I have a leak! or My water heater broke...Although the people who have those issues seem to love them (as I did).

Maybe they don't want other types of jobs. I don't know. But they went from a 5 star to a 2 star in my book. Sad, it's so hard to find a good plumber.

In a week I was dealing with a number of crises, I had an upstairs sink pipe leak..badly! Had to turn off water at the street meter.  It was a Friday. I made an hysterical call (voicemail) followed by several more urgent messages (phone & text & email).  A couple hours later, Stanley phoned me from an airport while waiting for his flight home later that evening (after a long day of air travel). I was astounded that he called me, given his situation. Furthermore, he promised that he would come on Saturday to make the repairs (such a relief) & he made good on that promise!  Stanley goes above and beyond.  Efficient AND kind..a true gem. (He's also done repairs for my elderly mother.) Highly recommend Drustar Plumbing!

My girlfriend called them Sunday morning for a broken water heater, they came out immediately, gave a price and installed the water heater in a matter of a couple of hours. Made it to the NASCAR race that same day.

Anthem Plumbing was able to install a new hot water heater the day after we called. Dennis showed up promptly at the appointed time. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and able to explain things that we were able to understand. We highly recommend Dennis and Anthem Plumbing

Bosch Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Vegas. They're honest, reliable, quick, and affordable. If you're thinking about using these guys don't hesitate. You'll be glad you chose this company and not some mediocre plumber. Keegan did some leaky pipes/toilets and pipes in my backyard. Will be using these guys in the future.

This review is about a week late, but I have to recognize a great company.
Let's face it, nobody wants to have to call someone for a clogged drain. We had a slow draining kitchen sink that was getting worse. I looked through Yelp and found Advanced Drain Jetting.
The owner, Elvis answered the phone and explained to me how hydro-jetting works. He told me my problem was common. He gave me a fair price and said he could do it that day as he happens to live close by and could stop by at the end of the day. Elvis was there for about an hour and what a difference!!!!  He was on-time, very knowledgeable, and a nice guy. He explained to me what he was doing as he was jetting and showed me how well the water was running out to the sewer past the front lawn when he was finished.
I like doing business with the owner of a small business and highly recommend Advanced Drain Jetting if you ever have drain problems.

I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out. They were fast, polite, professional and early, boy that's a change!  Very reasonably priced. Absolutely will use again.

Mark was amazing! Fixed all my pluming needs from toilets to a water heater.  He was on time, excellent at communicating what needed to be done, priced fairly and once finished everything was running like new. I highly recommend him!

For several years now(2 water heaters 75Gallon) and multiple other plumbing issues since 1998 when we build we were blessed to have found Anthony at O'Rourke Plumbing. Always prompt and excellent pricing. The work he has done never needs to be addressed again-It's done correctly the first time. I can't imagine that there is a better plumber in Las Vagas. Simply the best!

Our water heater busted yesterday afternoon. We called around looking for a plumber to get us a new one to install since it's still under warranty. We got the most ridiculous quotes from other companies that couldn't even come till days or weeks later. Rocky point plumbing was the last phone call we made and they were able to get someone out the next morning. They took care of everything for us and we are up & running within a couple hours. This place had the most reasonable price! I most definitely will recommend them to anyone in need. Vegas needs more honest companies like this. Keep up the good work Rocky Point you guys rock!

THE WORST! We have now used these people several times. (I guess that's what happens when you use a home warranty). Every time has been a train wreck. Today was no exception. I called over a week ago for a simple leaky toilet. It took more than one call to even get scheduled. The girl on the phone was sure to let me know that they were VERY busy! So the day comes for them to fix the toilet. I wait around all day only to receive a phone call to reschedule. It was at this time I had an entire conversation with the lady on the phone about a specific type of wax ring I wanted installed. She in turn had the conversation with a supervisor. I offered to pay extra and also offered to go purchase the ring and have it available. I was not trying to get something for nothing.They promised that even though it wasn't standard procedure, because I was accommodating with their schedule, they would honor my request. They would make SURE that type of ring was on the technician's truck and he understood what to do. So of course when Irwin arrived, he had NO IDEA what I was talking about. (he was fantastic, an asset to their company. As far as I can tell, the only one). I then called their office and spoke to Calena (spell?) She told me that's not how they do it with the home warranty. I explained to her what we had agreed on and she told me 'NO, It doesn't matter what we promised yesterday this is the way we do it. I tried to tell her again of the promise made just 24 hours ago and my frustrations. She basically told me too bad! I told her I wanted to call and express my feelings directly to them because I don't like to write bad reviews. She was unimpressed. They made me feel completely unimportant, lied to me and their communication sucks! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We were having problems with our toilet and another plumbing company (Ideal Plumbing) came out and found a piece of tile in the line. They wanted about $8,000 to Jackhammer the middle of our living room floor to remove the piece of tile.  We called Rant's and they were able to clear  the pipe out without  jackhammering the floor. Plus, his cost was a whole lot less than Ideal's. They were just great!!! We would highly recommend them!

He does get the job done and on time. He is courteous and friendly. I must say, though, that on two separate occasions he took some items of mine with him. The first time I hired him was to install some kitchen appliances, one of the appliances being a gas stove. I purchased a gas range connector kit not knowing that the stove already came with one. So, I ended up with two gas range connector kits. I kept both kits with the stove. He finished installing the kitchen appliances (a dishwasher, a gas stove, and an over the range microwave) in a timely manner. After he left I could not find the extra gas connector kit that I had left with the stove. I thought maybe he placed it somewhere on the counter or in the adjacent room where the appliances had been sitting. The extra kit was never found. We hired him again several months later to replace our old garbage disposal with a new one. Again, he showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. The new garbage disposal came with its own gasket, flange, and rings. He replaced the old one with the new one in a timely manner and then moved on to some other things in house that needed fixing. Upon him leaving, I looked at his bucket of tools he was carrying with him. In the bucket I saw a gasket, flange, and rings. After he left, I was checking out the new garbage disposal and realized that he reused the old flange (and most likely reused the old gasket and rings as well). The new garbage disposal came with a nice, shiny flange. It was obvious to me that he did not use the nice, shiny flange. The gasket, flange, and rings I saw in his bucket of tools were the ones that came with the new garbage disposal. It is one thing to reuse the old gasket, flange, and rings because they seem like they are in good condition. That I can understand. But, he took it to a whole different level of shadiness by basically stealing. Yes, I probably would have just placed that extra gas connector kit, gasket, rings, and the nice, shiny flange in a drawer, never to be used. But he could have at least asked to take them. I probably wouldn't have cared if he asked but he didn't. So that is why I would not hire him again.

I needed to have someone put a door and frame  looked for a handyman and RC got back to me he came to my house seemed like he knew what he was doing so we trusted him to put up a doorframe and trim went to Home Depot and he showed us what to get got all supplies paid 200.00 and He charged us 200.00 for labor so upset when I seen the results he did a terrible job! I wish I can give him no stars he is sloppy worker, don't waste your money on him it's not worth it. my Trim  don't match on corners he cut them to short he put lots of cocking to fill the gaps plus he took are cocking when he left that we bought. and there is a whole on the side of trim that he cut I don't know why.

Very fast and excellent service. Danny came out gave me an estimate and was able to fix my plumbing problem. Would definitely call him for any plumbing problems in the future.

We have used Done Right Plumbing's services both in our businesses (restaurants) as well as at our home. Their level of customer service is exceptional. We called after hours at 6:30p for a pipe that was leaking associated with our water heater. We were hoping to get on the morning's schedule but the answering service had the technician Ryan call us back right away. He said he could be there in about 2 hours. He showed up in exactly two hours (called when he was on the way), replaced the pipe, and the cost was less than $150!?! It is this type of rare service and fair pricing that will keep us not only using Done Right for any plumbing needs but referring them to others.

Disappointment!!! I was referred to Larkin pluming by someone in the business that said had good reputation and service.  That was not my experience.  I was overcharged, lied to, received poor customer service and treated like I was stupid.
I called for service as suspected my water pipe was damaged/leaking.  The guy came and told me I needed the turn off value replaced and would be $400. A couple hours later when installed said it would be $600 as there for an extra hour.  He would return the next day and repair water pipe with a fair quote and finish the project the same day.  Looked at my phone and it seemed he was charging from the time he called me rather then when he arrived (a 1-hour difference).
He called next morning when supposed to be here but he forgot another job and would be there in 1  1/2 hrs.  FOUR hours later when I called the company to see if he was involved in an accident or why the delay, Larkin was not concerned about the lateness or the overcharge from yesterday.  The Larkin guy said if you don't like it call someone else as he had not started, plenty other people to service. I explained his employee had made a mess in my yard and was returning to finish. This at least stopped the rudeness from the main office.  I also asked that a Supervisor be sent out to check work and I was told someone could be sent out in 3 days and I agreed to this.

The plumber finally arrives and we do clear up the extra hour charged. Begins digging and is still doing repair in the dark and not complete when he calls it a day. He does have water running.
The plumber arrives to finish project (2nd day) and I mention there is something wrong with water leaking in tub that had not happened until last night.  He lectures me on cartilages that need to be changed, not his work (problem only after last night work, none before) as he was looking at the faucet. When I told him those had been changed earlier that year, he looked a little closer.  Surprise, surprise, he found a piece of metal from the soldering to place the pipe.  I think the Plummer should be smart enough to know that dirt and others can get around the water line and blow in when water is reconnected and this is a side effect to look for and take care.  Waited for the Supervisor to come/call on day that was scheduled and he never showed up, which again makes me think this company does not value their work or customers.  Which having part of this job sticking out as an eyesore in my yard makes it appear not to be a good job.
Currently (about 2 weeks) I am not leaking water but I can NOT recommend this company and would advise them to get some customer service training in house and for their plumbers. If this work holds for the next 10 years, I will give a star or more that the work was adequate

Please do not use this company. Horrible customer service, claimed they called when they never did. Long story short I'm without hot water for two days now waiting on them. My warranty company reassigned it finally.

That is not what happened. I was very polite to your Troll up to the point she called me a liar. She told me that she had called, I told her she may have had the wrong number and that I had my phone with me all day and I had zero missed calls and no messages. She called me liar and said it would take three or more days to replace the water heater because you would have to order one. I then said that's funny Home Depot has tons of them why not go there. Instead of calling your customer a liar she could simply say maybe I did lets make this right and take care of your problem she didn't, instead she yells at me and places me on hold until your answering machine picks ups. I left a message and of course no one ever called back, leaving my 78-year-old mother without hot water.  Maybe she should find a job more suited to her skill set, perhaps asking riddles for people to go over her bridge. I will spread the word and let every last person I come across know not to use your company.   I have had bad customer service in the past and every company has tried to make it right you obviously do not care about you name or customers.

P.S. New Plumber that my warranty company sent came out and replaced the water heater the same day.
