Best Water Heater Installation in Las Vegas NV

Had a leaky shower problem that I needed fixed. I contacted Duke's and the next day they were here and had it diagnosed and completed within 45 min. Very personable, very professional, very reasonable prices, and over 3 decades of plumbing experience. I'm going to use them on a couple of other projects that I would like done. I recommend them highly.

Can't say enough good things about the office manager (Kristen) and the technician, Anthony.  He responded quickly to my call for help with an Electric Hot Water Heater.  My father was a plumber so I grew up helping him and learning the basics. Throughout my many residences over the past 70+ years,  I've always maintained my hot water tanks without any major issues.  This time I just could not figure out the problem.  Anthony took care of the problem and went out of his way to help with some other issues that he was not obligated to do. He even stayed after hours making sure everything was in order.  Expert service and great attitude.  What a great way to start the New Year.

Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

Only sore point was keeping his team on the timeline but with a few reminders we got back on track. Message me if you have any questions about pictures or need ideas. In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. They even installed new countertops and cabinets for a really inexpensive price.

Jason is THE BEST! Trust I/WE don't say that lightly! He's was about our 6/7th hire - we just bought  our first home - 4/2018 - huge accomplishment for the hubs and I! Very bad choices we've made as any new homeowner does - we are so house dumb - (maybe not  any - just us!) lol!

Jason not only tells us what the problem is - and how to fix it - he's willing to show/tell us how to do it on our own next tIme!

I called on Thursday, Feb. 14th as I noticed my water heater had some rusty water leaking from the top and wanted to make an appt for a plumber to come out for an estimate. I left a message. No return call so, placed a follow up call Friday, February 15th afternoon, left another message and, they never called. Interesting way to run a business. My water heater was replaced by a company that answered their phone.

Jhon replied to our plumbing request promptly, was very fair with pricing, showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have their plumbing needs handled hassle free by a courteous and professional company. They get 5 stars in my book and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Ashley in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and she was very organized. We would definitely request her services again, along with the plumber Garry, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

Our water heater decided to break late Friday afternoon. We called a few places and most didn't have any appointments and if they did, they would charge double to come out and possibly replace the appliance. Or we'd have to wait until Monday. Not only did Prime Plumbing have someone available, they came out within 40 minutes of initially calling, offered a free estimate AND a competitive rate. When we decided to replace the water heater, Jorge mentioned he could come back and install it within 45 minutes! He was back in 30! Jorge was not only knowledgeable but extremely personable and took the time to explain everything. He answered all of our questions. Definitely would recommend this company and looking forward to calling them for maintenance and ANY plumbing need we have. Highly recommend!

When your air conditioning goes out, who you gonna call? You better call THESE guys!!
Notice the hours for Nevada Residential Services: 6 am - 11:30 pm. And they're serious! We noticed at about 7 pm that our air conditioner was running, but that the house was getting HOT. The company we have used before was, of course, closed. So we called these gentlemen, and I kid you not, they were at our place in less than 1/2 an hour.
After determining that our AC had frozen over because the filter in the house vent was super-filthy, they told us to just let the ice melt, and then turn the thermostat back down. Even though we tried hard to PAY them, they wouldn't take any money for making this house call, since they didn't fix anything. The only thing they accepted was cold drinks; and asked that I write a review.
Done! And we have a new AC/Heating company! And thanks to Nevada Residential Services, I can also INSIST that my husband replace the air filter on schedule...because he knows the motor could have burned out, so he dodged a very expensive repair this time. Thanks so much, guys!
By the way, sure enough, after about 90 minutes (and a quick run to get a new filter!), the house was getting cool again. Heatbusters....that's what y'all should call yourselves :-)

Just wanted to say thank you to NPA for fixing the plumbing issue we encountered when installing a dishwasher we recently brought. Jason did a great job, was professional and down to earth. We are so grateful he took care of the problem and got our dishwasher up and running. I will use this company again, and will recommend them to our family and friends.

My wife and I recently retired, moved from expensive Honolulu and bought a new home in Las Vegas.  Upon moving in, we discovered one of the toilets would run after flushing, which we needed to get fixed asap since family and friends were visiting for the holidays.  A friend referred a plumber, but the dude didn't call or stop by...what now?  I checked yelp and decided to give Plumbing Kings a call because of their perfect rating and awesome reviews, and we are glad we did!  Steven Davisson came over and found the problem to be an old flapper valve, and decided to check out the other toilets since they were identical.  Sure enough, another toilet had a slight leak and he advised rebuilding all three toilets since the assemblies were old, so he got to work right away on those.  Steve knowledgably informed us that Las Vegas has some of the worse water in the nation, which not only tastes bad and is unhealthy, but shortens the life of plumbing fixtures and pipes for the unwary if not maintained.  He then busted out his trusty TDS meter to test the water out of our corroded kitchen faucet (another issue he caught).  Shockingly, it measured about 460 parts per million (ppm), which is slightly less than the water found at Flint, Michigan--yikes!  He also tested unopened bottles of Arrowhead bottled water at 225 ppm (yuck), and Kroger bottled water at 10 ppm (he said it's the best you can buy and only about 10 cents a bottle on sale--wow!).  Steven inquired that if we wished, he could inspect all of the plumbing around the house and offer his professional advice.  We accepted his offer, but told him the home inspector during closing passed the house with flying colors including the plumbing, but boy were we wrong!  Low pressure in the faucets and showers, poorly installed and maintained 10-year old water heater and softener system, shutoff valve in our garage was frozen shut and assembled upside down, which would be a major problem if we had an emergency and needed to shut off the water. Steven opened our eyes to so many issues, so we took a leap of faith and decided to take his advice regarding fixing all of our plumbing problems so our guests and us would have clean water, good water pressure and no embarrassment!  The next day, Steven and assistant Tyler came and miraculously within three days did the following: install a reverse osmosis filtration system, 1/2 hp garbage disposal and new adjustable faucet in the kitchen; install a new 50-gallon water heater, twin water dechlorinator and softener system, and fabricate a ball valve shutoff in the garage; rebuild three toilet tank assemblies, replace three shower cartridges and a tub spout in our bathrooms--whew!  Steven and Tyler were friendly, professional and extremely hard-working, staying late every night to complete whatever task they were working on at that time.  In addition to excellent quality work and advice, they charged a most reasonable price for all the work they did on our new home--even giving us additional labor and senior discounts!  Steven also went beyond the call by giving us a couple of extra bags of water softener salt and relighting the pilot light for our fireplace because I inadvertently blew it out a few days earlier (my bad...we don't have gas fireplaces in Hawaii)--talk about great customer service!  Because of Steven's and Tyler's awesome work and expediency, our daughters and guests enjoyed their visit with us for the holidays--Plumbing Kings no ka 'oi (the best)!

My old water heater started leaking at my residential home on Friday the 13th weekend. Go figure. Then I looked at the tag on my leaking unit and calculated it to be exactly 8 years, to the month, of the Mfg. date. No surprise, that's on a six year warranty. Oh well, at least it outlasted the warranty.
I have AHS (home warranty) and chose the cash in-lieu option, to choose my own plumber; and AHS to just give me the money that they were going to give the plumber THEY would send.
Usually AHS contracts/sends the lowest bidder, cold-corporate and newly trained techs with little-to-no experience.
F that. So I looked on YELP (great source of reputable info) and found GNC Plumbing. Gary H. answered and said he could help on the day of the call! GNC Plumbing is a local business that's been open in Vegas for decades. He gave me advice to help myself save some money and time. So I went to get the hot H2O heater at Home Depot myself (my choice-to pick the H2O heater that I wanted) and had it ready for him to install.
He arrived on the same afternoon I called him, just like he promised. Got right to work on my H2O heater---(not look for other things to fix at my house, like scammers usually do)
Gary explained how things worked while I watched him take out the leaking old one, prep & install the new one. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and came equipped with all the tools he needed for the job. I paid him cash ... he likes cash, but takes other forms of payment too. Gave me a warranty on his labor and receipt to back it up! He's licensed and bonded. I highly recommend GNC plumbing. Good job Gary! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Wow is all I have to say! I called this small company for my high water bill. They came out and determined I had a leak between the water meter and house in the yard. they said there best recomenation would be to replace the service line because my home is 23 years old with dredded black poly pipe. they gave me a quote which I thought was high, boy was I wrong, two other companies quoted me about $700 more than there quote. They came back out after recalling to scheadule work to be done. They were done in one day, and my yard doesn't even look like they touched it. Great Service!!!

I know it's a holiday weekend. I know it's a small town. But why have a answering service for service and not return calls. That's the bad thing about living in a small city. They only care about you when it convenient for them. Total back up and have to use a company from Las Vegas.

Just had another liking and called them and Danny showed up within 20 minutes and he told me it was a sprinkler problem . Very professional and helpful.
