Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Las Vegas NV

Needed a water softener and dishwasher installed. Don came out gave us a quote, got us scheduled, and got everything hooked up in a timely manner! The dishwasher was a new install and we had not purchased everything we needed to hook it up. Don made a run to town and got the parts! I will recommend Dukes to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber in this area!

This was my second time using this company's services for, luckily, small plumbing problems that had the potential to become big issues. First off, their customer service is remarkable, as this is a family-owned and run business that retains that old world care to help their clients. We were able to make an appointment easily and quickly to address a leak coming from our bathroom. Mr. Catania and his son came out and were so professional and personable in our interactions and remembered me from the previous appointment about five years prior. They diagnosed and addressed the problem efficiently, taking specific care to explain the least-invasive and least-expensive options first. During the process, they explained each step and did a concise break down of after care once the job was complete.

Finding quality, reliable, and trustworthy professionals can be intimidating with home repair. But finding Catania & Son was a huge relief for us, when it comes to our plumbing needs.

Jump 2 It Plumbing was recommended to me by my contractor that is remodeling my two bathrooms. I called them and they immediately set-up a virtual estimate for capping my bathtub faucets and closing off the drain. The estimate was reasonable and the completed work was fantastic. I will be using Jump 2 It Plumbing again shortly for our second bathroom when I need a bathtub faucet removed and the pipes changed into a shower stall. I highly recommend these folks for their professionalism!!!

I'd called to have my faucet fixed at 6pm and they scheduled me the following day at 8am. Jeff arrived checked it out got the parts and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was great and super friendly! If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely be using anytime plumbing again and requesting Jeff!! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Anytime Plumbing and Jeff!

Moved into Las Vegas recently and wanted to get a water softener and water filter installed. I purchased the equipment and needed to find a plumber to install them. Other plumbers I called would not install owner supplied equipment. Expert Plumber had no problem installing the equipment. Mike came over to give me an estimate and make a material list. We agreed to do the work a week later. I had a scheduling problem with my movers and had to push back the plumbing install. Mike was very understanding and accommodated my needs. Everything was neatly installed and cleaned up when finished. Very happy with the work. I will definitely call Mike back for any plumbing needs.

It looks like every time they come through home warranty they lack skills. They were also sent by my home warranty. One of my showers suddenly stopped working - the handle doesn't work and no water is coming out.
First, the guy thought it would be the water (clearly, not the problem as the water is working everywhere but that one shower). Then, he tried taking off the shower handles (more than what he should have) but concluded they were stuck, so he proceeded to request payment and done he was. I asked him to wait for me to call the carrier and see what the resolution is (I mean, I don't wanna pay for someone to come out and conclude my handle is stuck and not resolve anything). The carrier told me to proceed with the payment because they will send someone else and not charge again, however, the technician has decided to leave. My call took under 5 minutes all in - yes, I understand he didn't want to wait around forever but a few minutes does not seem like such an inconvenience.  I am left with a shower handle that is not working and if I want to proceed with the claim I need to track this unprofessional people down to make a payment to be able to get someone else out who will be able to actually fix the issue.

I also want to add that I recently had an amazing experience with a different company that came for my dishwasher. The first time they came they told me that the issue was and did not ask for any money as they were not able to fix anything - they charged their fee when they returned and actually did the job. I thought that was normal - I am willing to pay my fee but I needed to know what the plan was and how and who will fix the issue (vs just giving an opinion).

I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Update - thank you for your reply, but I asked the tech to give me a few minutes to check the procedure with the warranty company and he left. All in, the call with the insurance carrier was under 5 minutes which does not seem unreasonable to expect someone to wait to understand the process (when he was not able to explain what would happen next and he himself said I need to check with the warranty company). The company said to cover the service because they will make sure the claim is taken care of and I would not need to pay again another fee (which is what my concern was - they would end up sending multiple companies that do nothing and charge a fee every time) but the guy was gone.
I will call today to proceed with the payment - not sure why you are so surprised I had questions about my claim when the guy did not do anything and said someone else will have to come out and was not able to explain the claim process (which I understand is not his job, but you cannot be upset I took 5 minutes to make a call, so I understand the claim process). My 75 gal water heater started leaking so I gave A Better Plumbing Co. a call. Carla answered and quoted me a price of $1290.00 total. They were on time and had everything they needed to complete the job. The job turned out to be just that, a fat pain in the a**! I have done this job myself previously and watched the install closely. I was very impressed. Even though it took a little longer and they needed to use a few more parts, the price was as quoted over the phone. Here's the crazy part, you can find the same WH on the Internet for $1,400.00 and then try to muscle that beast around on your own. I'm moving soon and I will definitely be taking their advertising magnet with me. They are my choice for fair, clean, honest, plumbers. They treated my home like their own, I absolutely recommend A Better Plumbing Co. to you and to my family and friends.

I had an excellent experience with Prime plumbing.   I had a leak in my front yard from the main waterline to my house. Prime plumbing answered right away and was very  accommodating over the phone.  They (Tony) came out promptly and arrived in the time window they said they would. Within 24 hours afterward I received a professional, written estimate by email with contractor information and a detailed description of work to be done with warranty info.  I gathered four other estimates for the same work, and prime plumbing was one of the lowest bids I got, and included proper permitting and city inspection. They were able to complete the job just a few days later, and my yard and landscaping looks as good as new.  They charged me exactly the amount they estimated, and provided me copies of permits and inspections.  

Getting broken plumbing at your house is stressful, but they made the fix as simple as possible. Thank you Prime plumbing!

We had a great experience with Plumb Crazy. Our problem was the shower handle mechanism in the wall. No price gouging here.  The customer service from the initial phone call was stellar. Pauline was pleasant and courteous. She sent out  Joaquin for a free estimate. He was also professional and friendly and quick. He did a fabulous job. I have a new plumber that I can trust. Troy Hines is an honest business owner. He offers fair prices and stands behind his excellent work. He is honest, reliable, dependable and his pricing is very fair. It is beyond anything that I have experienced in any state that I have lived in. I have have had other businesses referred to me by friends, but they have not lived up to the hype. I will definitely use him again and will reccommend him to all my friends.

What a great company! From the beginning when I was messaging to businesses to get a quote to fix our leaky faucet, Alex responded very promptly to every question I had and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. He even gave a few suggestions to help save money. A couple other businesses stated that there was a fee for them to evaluate and then they'll adjust the price if we go with them. Not with Allstate!

Our technician was Abel, who came with a mask on in and had booties to cover his shoes. He was quick and so polite and explained everything he did. Very impressed with their customer service!

Scheduled an appointment a week out, took the day off work and waited and waited... Never showed up...Got a call that they wouldn't be able to come that day and the next available appointment wouldn't be until 5 days later... Must be nice to be that busy I suppose but I am guessing it's the added emergency fees they can stick to the other guy that takes them away from the scheduled guy...eventually treating customers this way will catch up to you!!

Came out to give estimate on a few small repairs.  I didn't get an estimate, said he needed to talk to the boss, so he left.  It's over 24 hours later and no response.  I called another company 90 minutes ago, they came out within 30 minutes and had all four repairs done in an hour. Update: Tiffany at the company thinks this is funny, lovely business model.

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!
