Best Heater Installation in Las Vegas NV

Had a leaky shower problem that I needed fixed. I contacted Duke's and the next day they were here and had it diagnosed and completed within 45 min. Very personable, very professional, very reasonable prices, and over 3 decades of plumbing experience. I'm going to use them on a couple of other projects that I would like done. I recommend them highly.

Zhuliyan and his crew did a tremendous job with my kitchen remodel. It included throughput new flooring, removing a divider wall , rearranging plumbing and electrical and installing a brand new kitchen including countertops and backsplash.
They were always on time, worked hard every day and finished within a very short time period. The pricing for this project was very reasonable. I will definitely work with Zhuliyan and his crew again on future projects. I can highly recommend his services!

I called in the morning for a price to replace my water heater and received a quote for $100 less then anywhere else I called. A few places wouldn't quote over the phone and charged $50 to come to the house. They came and did all the work later in the afternoon for the price quoted. I've been fortunate enough to have found some really great businesses this year and NRS is one of them. Long story short, we had issues with our warranty company and the company they referred us to. I called NRS and spoke with a gentleman about my problem. He knew what the issue was immediately and said they were very busy but could squeeze me in the next day. It was a Friday and I was surprised they could accommodate us on the weekend. They picked up every phone call and every text message we sent them. They gave us a courtesy call and arrived within the time frame both times they were out here. They installed a new compressor and even went out of their way to clean the unit before they put all parts back together. Now that's work ethic you don't see in this town every day. They stayed to make sure we had cool air blowing through the vents again. When other companies wanted to screw us over I'm blown away with how honest and fair this company is. Before you call any other AC repair business give them a call first. You won't regret it!

Just wanted to say thank you to NPA for fixing the plumbing issue we encountered when installing a dishwasher we recently brought. Jason did a great job, was professional and down to earth. We are so grateful he took care of the problem and got our dishwasher up and running. I will use this company again, and will recommend them to our family and friends.

I've had help from WEB for a water softener and a large plumbing remodel.  Great work and service.  Highly recommended.  Billy even showed up on Thanksgiving morning to help out in my prior house for a broken pipe.

We found ourselves in need for a plumber for a toilet issue, so my husband called around to several places to start with a quote for assistance.
He ended up going with Plumbing Kings, as they were able to get to us within a few hours (on a Saturday) and the quote was a bit lower than other companies we had called. Steven arrived at the estimated time and primarily corresponded with my husband during the process of repair. My husband is not an easy man to appease, but he said that Steven was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue (which apparently was difficult to resolve, even for an experienced plumber, due to older, cheaper parts that were used during the initial construction when the house was built 20 years ago) and to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve it, and did so very thoroughly (and my husband loves to ask questions). My husband believes that the service was fairly priced, and the issue has been resolved; no issues since. Highly recommend the Plumbing Kings, we will certainly have their information on hand for any future issues.

This place is worthless!!! They sho up filthy. They trash your residence and act like they know it all. They are a scam. Total rip offs. Never use this place. They are creepy.

I thought about whether or not to review this business because clearly everyone that has used City Wide so far has been completely satisfied and I didn't want to be the one to ruin that streak. Nobody is perfect but what I experienced is beyond human error and imperfection. This isn't about the level of service I received, it's about not having received the service at all. If it was just a matter of bad service I woulda chaulked it up to a bad day.

Last night, around 0100 we had a pipe burst in our garage. I called several places that claimed to be 24 hour emergency service only to get no answer or an estimated response time of 8-10 hours. City Wide not only answered but said they'd have someone out within 1 hour. They never showed. As simple as that. No follow up call. No apology. Nothing. We were without water from 0100 to about 4:30pm. I'm posting this because it is now 7:30 pm and I have not heard from them as to what happened. I hope all is well with the owner and nothing serious happened.
