My mother had a water pipe leak and Chavarria tech. Rafael found it. He made attempts to fix however due to the way the piping had been done on home took longer, however he spent 9am till 5pm and fixed properly. The price was fair (paid by our insurance company) and tech cleaned up the mess and mopped as well. I would highly recommend this company! I asked them to insulate the external  pipe before I paid in full, they came back added and only than did we pay and no push back at all.

This contractor should be avoided. If you got him appointed to you by an insurance company switch him. He seeks out simple jobs.
