This company is an absolute treasure.

My shower handle broke at 7:15 in the morning and wouldn't shut off (my house water shutoff also wasn't working). I called Stine-Nichols in a panic wondering if I'd be able to make it in to work today.

Not only did they respond and follow-up immediately, they had a plumber at my house within 30 minutes. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough with his work.

I absolutely recommend Stine-Nichols for anyone with a plumbing emergency - not only will they respond and repair quickly, but their rates are VERY reasonable and fair, and their employees are friendly and helpful as they could be!

Called at 9AM and was told they had 7 jobs ahead of us and would probably be the next day. Alec called at 1:30 and was able to come out the. Here about an hour- drain cleaned out quickly.

In the process of doing a home inspection it was found that a toilet in our spare bathroom was leaking when being flushed. I knew on the spot that this was a wax ring issue. Buyers asked for the repair to be made by a licensed plumber, so I again trusted McCann plumbing to do the job right. Appointment was made and time window was agreed to. The office called me ahead of time and said that the tech was on his way. Mike arrived on time and spent no time getting right to the problem. The wax ring was indeed the issue and it was repaired swiftly. Mike took the time to check the area after the install to make sure that it wasn't still leaking and then and cleaned up the area. I was again pleased at the service, skill of the staff, and the overall reasonable cost!

They have now been to our home twice. Very kind, helpful and great work. They are not in a rush allowing time for clear explanation and quality work.

Not only was this company very reasonably priced, but the service was great. I had a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to come out by noon the same day and fix my drain. The plumber (Kevin) was very knowledgeable, speedy and friendly. I will definitely use affordable plumbing in the future.

We have used this company twice they installed a new furnace in our rental
Property at half the cost of the big advertised names and when our home furnace went out last week they fixed it for a-great  price and DID NOT try to up sell us a new furnace  I think they are an honest and reputable company Cary Hall

Had a fair quote. Did the job, had a couple of issues but both of us were able to set pride aside and come to an agreement. Will be calling again for some bathroom vanity, replacements and shower install. Anyone willing to learn and grow as a business owner will get my business every time. Good guy and hard worker. We had another company we found on Yelp to come out and inspect a sound we heard every time we turned on our AC. They charged us $150 to come and diagnose the problem. It would've been ok, but the diagnosis was completely wrong... the guy told us that the sound would happen every time we turned on the heating as well (which it didn't). He suggested a $1600 repair, and even though that would've been less than what we paid here... it wouldn't have repaired the situation as it was something totally different from the diagnosis we got from Aaron's.

Initially, I put out a service bid through Yelp and received several responses right away. I had made an appointment with one company, which had to cancel and wanted to reschedule a week out. However Ashley from Aaron's was the one who was quick to contact us and could get us the quickest appointment. The service tech, I wish I remember his name, came out quickly. He had great communication and called ahead of time just to confirm our appointment. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and further inspect the situation. After the inspection the estimate quote for repairs were over $10k... which was not something we were ready for... and so the technician was able to work with us and give us his best advice on what needed to be repaired asap and what could wait. We ended up still spending over half of the initial quote, but we now have a wonderful working AC right now. He came out two days later and was able to install our new unit. Our house is colder than it's ever been. I truly appreciate the technician's honesty and suggestions, because of this we will definitely refer and use Aaron's again.

We have used Pat the Plumber on several occasions and have been more than pleased. They are very profession and left the house cleaner than they entered. I would recommend them to all Yelp'ers....

I've used The Plumbing Pro at least five times now, for all my plumbing needs, including valve and faucet replacement, drain snaking, and water heater replacement. I've called many of the other well known plumbers in the KC area for estimates, but most will charge trip fees and diagnostic fees, while The Plumbing Pro provides free estimates. In some cases, my total repair bill from The Plumbing Pro has been less than the trip fees and diagnostic fees alone would have been from the other big name plumbers in town. Everyone I've worked with from The Plumbing Pro has performed quality work and taken all the time needed to do it right and explain all the necessary options and considerations. I would expect that The Plumbing Pro will continue to be the choice to all my plumbing needs for years to come.

this has to be dumbest company out there! scheduled an appointment to get an estimate,  at home waiting for them, also working from home, they called could not answer, on another call, someone left a message saying have the technician available, pls call back - so called back like 30 min later, customer service no idea why, then half hour later i get a call, they called when could not answer moved the technician some other job, so need to reschedule... so why we booked an appointment? call me the night before or in the morning to confirm, not when the technician available... and then move him to another job.

Absolutely the best in the industry. Where else will you find a plumbing company with employees who are clean-shaven, respectful, and polite? I have used many plumbing companies in the past and no one holds a candle to Snake and Rooter. They will take off their shoes, clean up their mess, and are in it to provide a great service. They have won MANY awards on their customer service and integrity. More than anyone else I know in the industry by far. They even treat plumbing problems of elderly folks who have cancer for free. Truly impressive.

I had a stopped up sewer.line zoom came out within one hour and technician gave me options and was very professional took care of problem cleaned up after work completed I will definitely use for all plumbing needs they even called next day to make sure I was happy thanks Zoom drains

Update:  I complained and they agreed that the serviceman overcharged me for the work that was done.  They said they will send me a partial refund.

The business is posted twice with slightly different names, but it's still the same crooked business.
Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.

I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids.  They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!

One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first!  Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!

Stay away from them!
This is a terrible company
They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
