I've used Brad twice now for small plumbing jobs around my house.  He's polite, punctual, offers solid advice, and works at reasonable rates.  Recommend.

I felt like Gilbert has so many five-star reviews, why leave another? :D But I do want to, as I've been time and time again over the moon with Gilbert and his work. He's a joy to work with, and somehow works as fast as lightning (honestly I wouldn't care if he was slow). He's fixed things, added an owner shutoff valve, and even sends me recommendations when he feels he can't get to me on time. But I always come back to Blue Dragon.

Just excellent!  Got a next-day appointment to check water pressure in the house with Ted, who arrived early, diagnosed it - yes, new prv needed - gave fair estimate and did the work with minimal fuss and no destruction of landscaping.  Doesn't really get better than that.

We had water damage in our house and after the restoration group dried it all up, we had carpet, baseboard and flooring repair needed. After getting a few quotes, Diego stood up above the rest in not only great communication, turn around time but also with a very reasonable cost.

The work was done great and there was even a bit of savings found during the repairs. Overall I am very happy with Diego and All Pro Handyman, I will keep his contact information close for all my rental properties!

I bought the camera off of amazon but Lewis has no issues getting it work with my house and setup including running power to the Device

The Rapalo family business did a great job with my broken shower pipe. Arrived the same day as my request, which was very impressive. Professional team. Jose is easy to work with and the crew did a nice job with the repair. I will hire them again as they can handle a variety of jobs.

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

We have used Danny on two occasions over the past couple of years. Our house is 100yrs old in a Historic Preser. Overlay Zone, in both cases we had water damage near couple of doorways. Water is insidious, you can see the damage at the end of the line, but hard to know how extensive it is.  We called on Danny for his forensic abilities. He had to do some stucco removal/replacement as well as window frame/sills, door jams and and part of a major 4x8 beam replacement. His craftsmanship is excellent, he kept demolition to a minimum and artfully created strong joints to join new wood (some fir, some oak) where removal/partial removal was required. By carefully splicing together, he saved doing larger demolition.

He was able to complete his work in 3 different parts of the house with minimal disruption to our lives. Most important is in our case, the finish work is seamless, undetectable from our much loved original parts of our 100 year old home.

He really is the A List Handyman.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. I will always recommend this company and will continue to use them for years! Polite, reliable, professional - can't beat that.

I have contacted West Austin Handyman twice now for a couple of pool issues related to damage that resulted from the freeze that happened a while ago. He responded quickly and did not waste any time to order the part I needed and have it installed.

The second time I was not in town, but he was willing and able to go to the house and diagnose the issue and again ordered and installed the part quickly.

I am looking to use him as my go to handyman for my rental properties due to his great communication and efficiency. I recommend others use him too.

Although the experience with HomeAdvisor in setting up this appointment was rough, SALT made it good and sent two very professional electricians to my house to add an interior light.  They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and couldn't have been more professional.  I hold back the 5th star because of the appointment debacle and the prices are on the high side.

We have a gold service contract with this company & paid a pretty penny for the unit.
We placed a service call around 7pm because the unit stopped turning on & we were hearing strange noises coming from the unit inside earlier in the day.  I have my small grandchildren staying with me for the week & it was very hot in our two story home.. in fact when I talked to the operator it was 80 degrees, she stated they would have someone out to check it... 15 mins later a young female who is the scheduler calls back to say they can't send anyone out until the next day... after I told her the temperature was now 84 degrees downstairs & 88 degrees upstairs & that the operator told us someone would be out the same evening her response was she shouldn't have told y'all that????? I explained that I have small children & the heat was unbearable, she said she would try but we were probably not going to get service until the next day.. she stated she would put a priority on the service call.  After an agonizing night we are told a serviceman would be in our area sometime between 11am-5pm!!!! It is 3:28 pm & 84 degrees downstairs as I write  this review & my husband just got off the phone with the service department who stated the serviceman will be here shortly he's coming from Helotes Tx our area??? Really Helotes Tx is over an hour away... I am very upset with this company... this is not the first time we have experienced this type of bad service but heat exhaustion is no joke & what's worse is that I couldn't even leave the house because I had no idea when the serviceman would show up... please consider carefully before choosing this company I will call & complain to a Supervisor for sure...
