I appreciated the quick response. Gilbert came out to access my hot water heater not working. Unfortunately it was leaking and he did not charge for the call since he was unable to come out for 2 weeks to replace it. I could not wait that long but he did offer 2 great referrals. If you have a job that is not urgent then give him a call.  Gilbert was professional and honest.

Spoke with the coordinator and set up an appt. for two days later. No one ever showed, called or texted. I left a message and no call back. Very unprofessional.
