Best Door Repair in Jacksonville FL
I contacted WHC Home Repairs to come hang my Christmas lights. I couldn't have been more pleased. The owner Wallace gave me his info and told me for any small repairs to give him a call. When my kitchen cabinet broke I called him up he came over and fixed it in a timely manner. I won't call anyone else to fix things in my home now.

David Gray electricians saved me on a Saturday night when I tried to do some DIY plumbing that went wrong. I really appreciate it. They fixed it quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg.

Outstanding plumber, repair and handyman. My first list was plumbing needs from changing faucets to fixing leaks and water heater issues. Second list included grouting, changing a light to ceiling fan and did some small handyman work. He quoted a price that was that was right in the ballpark!
My list was checked off and I am very pleased with his professionalism and hard work. He's a get to the point and focuses on doing the job right the first time.
We appreciated all he did and would recommend him 100%

I called with a flooded bathroom at 8:57 am on Sunday. When I hadn't heard back by noon (3 hours later), I called again... and was told, You're fourth in line. No, we can't give you a time estimate, but we'll have them call when they're on their way.
They still had not arrived 12 hours later, when I begged my neighbor to let me use her bathroom, as mine was still flooded.
The next day at 1pm, (27 hour after I called), I simply HAD to use the bathroom, so I went to the library. They showed up while I was gone, without calling, and -- according to the neighbors -- had been about to leave. (NOTE: I was gone from my home less than 20 min, and had been waiting for them for 27 hours.)
One man shop-vaced up the standing water in my bathroom, while the other dealt with the pipe. The man with the vac? Took the (used and damp) bath mat hanging on the edge of my tub, wadded it up and shoved it in with my clean towels, before dumping the (dirty) water from the shop-vac down my TUB instead of my toilet. (They also left debris all over my floors, both in the bathroom and in my daughter's bedroom, where they had to go to access the drainpipe.)
The man working on the pipes? Went to great lengths to repatedly call my neigbhor an animal (and make very sure I understood he was calling her an animal) before he left. What he DIDN'T do? Bother to hook the pipe back up correctly inside the wall. So when I went to scrub my sink (which was filthy from having dirty water come flooding up out of it), the water that should have gone down the drain ended up on the floor... but the pipe under my sink was bone dry. It came through the walls, where he left the pipe unhooked.
On Thursday, I finally had to leave my home for several hours, from roughly noon-5. They called once while I was out, I explained that after waiting at home since early on Sunday, I was finally forced to leave my apartment to take care of some things. (That's right: Wasn't even able to go to work during this time!) He said no problem, call them when I got home.
When I got home, at 4:40 pm, I called back, and was told it was too late in the day. I was instructed to call the office first thing in the morning.
At 8am this (Friday) morning, I called and got a very rude man who couldn't understand why I was a.) bothering him, b.)upset c.) unwilling to accept We'll try to get out to you today, on Friday morning after having already waited since Tuesday. He clearly expressed that since I was not at home when they called me yesterday (Thursday), they had no further obligation to do anything in terms of rushing or giving me priority.
At 10 am, I hadn't heard from them, so called back. I got the same man, who interrupted me while I was giving my info to yell, Aren't you the same one who was on the phone with me five minutes ago?
He challenged my story, demanding *I* explain to HIM why his plumber didn't re-connect the drain pipe the first time he was out. At this point, I admit, I lost my patience and said that his plumber was incompetent, and too busy explaining that my upstairs neighbor is an animal to do his job correctly the first time. I then said, Why don't YOU tell ME why he didn't do his job correctly when he was here?
He told me to quit calling and hung up on me. The attached is a photo of what they LEFT inside my walls.
