She was actually in the middle of something and asked to call me back shortly. Once she called me back, she was able to schedule me for next day service, which most of the other companies were not able to do. She said they were not able to give me a quote over the phone but that they did not charge a service fee to come out and that the technician would give me a price when he was there that would be comparable with the quotes I had received from the other companies. My wife was home at the time the technician arrived and said that he was friendly and did good work but did talk to her quite a bit. The technician resolved the issue and the price was comparable to the other companies I had received quotes from. Overall a great experience and I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to get out to our house as quickly as they did.
