I couldn't be happier with McComb Plumbing.  Specifically Pat and Loretta.  Just an amazing experience.

We had a drain pipe from the kitchen sink which needed replaced in the basement.  I called on a Friday night, and Pat came on Saturday morning!  He made quick work out of the repair, and even improved it by adding additional fall to the pipe, so it drains better.  It was clear he knew what he was doing.  Then he offered me guidance on caring for our aging water heater and a few other maintenance items.  Plus, the price was incredibly fair based on my previous experience with other plumbers.  I will 100% call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.  You should too!

We had repairs done on 3/16/22.  We called on the past Wednesday and Juan was very professional and reliable.  First he scheduled on Friday but was unable to come in because he forgot about another project so called called and asked if he could come out Saturday.  It was not an emergency so we agreed.  The problem was that water was coming up from underneath the cement in our laundry room.  He came out and new want exactly it was.  It was a broken pipe.  They got here around 830 set up all their equipment and started around 9.  It was Juan and I believe his associate Carlos.  They were very professional and respectable of our house.  Juan walked me through everything that he was doing and showed me all he was doing.  I was allowed to take photos.  The entire project from start to cleanup for about 6 hours.  They even had to leave halfway through to get more parts.  They had to get more parts cause once they broke the cement they know what they needed.  Again, he walked through everything.  He showed me the pipes that needed to be replaced and also the good pipes we had.  The prices are very reasonable.  We called a big company before here and it was almost triple what Juan charged.  Definitely recommend this company.

They came within a day when I had a leak, found it quickly, replaced pipes and completed in 5 hours. Provided excellent advice and brought the water shutoff to a place easy to access. Very impressed!

Elite was great. They came and spent 3 hours to help me diagnose a leak in my shower that was dripping down to my living room ceiling. The fee was very reasonable and the guys that came out were the best plumbers I have ever had experience with.

I found this company via the NextDoor app.  They came highly recommended.  I needed a water heater replaced in my residence.  They contacted me soon after I contacted them.   They gave me an installed price over the phone which was $1,000 to $2,200 lower than two other companies.  They scheduled the work about a week out, reminded me of the appointment via text, showed up within the arrival window.  The technician did a good install, tested fittings and cleaned up after himself.  I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if / when I have plumbing needs.

Don is a lifesaver!  I needed an emergency after hours repair and he was at my place in less than two hours to quickly and professionally fix it!!  Highly recommend!

Lots of small odd jobs, all of them easily and quickly solved, cleaned up and explained everything. Would recommend to others and will use again.

Four of our toilets needed cleaned out from being clogged and one toilet needed diagnostics. They cleaned it, removed the toilet and checked the gasket which needed replaced and found the toilet was in fact a defect. They provided the extra work at no additional cost, great service, easy to work with.

5280 Plumbing & Drain Services' level of customer service was well beyond what we have experienced with other plumbing companies.  They do not charge to inspect the job, provide an upfront quote, and their work was excellent.  I give them high marks for communication; you know before the job begins exactly what will be done, and the cost.  We had a kitchen sink leak problem, and we had two plumbers from another company try to fix the problem on two occasions--and the leak returned.  Rather than have the original plumbing company return, we contacted 5280.  In the future, whenever we have a plumbing issue, 5280 will be our first call.  Ian was the tech, and he was excellent. He even spent time between the site visits researching our plumbing problem.

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

Joes reviews live up to the hype.  Joe came out to repair a couple of gas leaks for me, and replaced a gas regulator.  He ran to grab the parts and got it all done on the same day after giving me a very reasonable quote. I had to have him come back a few days later to take care of a couple of other things more that I wasn't aware of the first time around .  Joe once again came in a timely manner and got the job done.  His company is phenomenal, and doesn't try to rip you off like the big companies do.  Thank you Joe  You're the man!

Terrible experience all around. They rescheduled my appointment several times and then showed up finally only to give me an outrageous estimate for a valve to be added to existing line. Still had to pay them $50 for nothing. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Do yourself a favor DON'T HIRE Adams Plumbing & Heating.  We made the hefty mistake of hiring this company to install a brand new water heater.  Not only was the water heater not installed property (i.e.,  NOT heating water when the plumber left) - they had the audacity to LIE and say 1) they did install it correctly and 2) then recanted, stating it's our fault that they didn't properly check the water heater before leaving the house then 3) the owner refused to come back to the house unless he CHARGED us an ADDITIONAL fee to repair the issues that we initially hired them to correct.

This story ended with us hiring an attorney to rectify the issue - which cost us MORE MONEY.

Do yourself a favor, don't hire this company. Their incompetence is only exceeded by their insolence.
