These folks are rare these days! Responsive, personable, and very accommodating with extremely fair prices. As good as it gets in this business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I am happy that I found Jacob originally via the Thumbtack website, which is oriented toward homeowners who need to hire professionals for home improvement, repairs, and other projects.
Regarding the plumbing issue in my home- my pipes would shudder profoundly from water hammer whenever I used the washing machine- in addition to making a loud thumping sound that could be heard and felt throughout the home every time the washing machine valves would open and close during operation. I had water hammer arrestors already on the washing machine, but they were not helping much.
Jacob assessed the situation and measured the pressure of the water in my home, which was at 95psi. Jacob informed me that the water pressure should not be over 75psi, otherwise it can harm water related appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine and hot water heater- and of course that the high pressure was the likely cause of water hammer in my home. I did some quick research online to confirm that indeed, residential water pressure should not exceed 75psi.
I went with Jacob's recommendation to install a commercial grade pressure reducing valve that would cap the plumbing water pressure at 75psi throughout the entire home. The device that he installed works wonderfully, as it completely resolved my problem. Finally, I no longer have the annoying and harmful water hammer issue. Additionally, in another area of my basement, he properly attached plumbing pipes to the wall, so as to support and stabilize the plumbing.
I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable and professional, and would gladly hire him again in the future. He is a high quality professional that takes pride in his work.

Oh my goodness - this is cheesy being excited for a plumber - but I finally found an AFFORDABLE plumber!! And not JUST affordable, he was COOL. AS. HECK. Jeremiah was the man, and thanks to him, he did a drain cleaning for our bathroom sink (WARNING PARENTS: don't let kids play w toys by the sink! Haha). Anyway! Out of the the 5 other quotes I requested off Yelp, these guys were in my price range, meaning - not stupidly expensive AND they didn't have to coooome in for an estimate (an estimate for a drain cleaning? Really?).
SO, if you're looking for a CLEAN, reliable, affordable, SUPER COOL DUDE, to get a toy out of your bathroom sink because the boys were playing too darn close to it??? Call these guys, they'll get those grocery gangs out. Hahaha.
(*side note* Grocery Gangs are these teeny gross, food-like toys they don't sell anymore, at least I don't think).

AE Plumbing Services quickly assessed my issue (basement floor drain backing up) and resolved the issue. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. I will definitely use AE Plumbing Services in the future.

I was really pleased with their responsiveness from bid, to scheduling to the day of the work. They were very flexible when I needed to update the install date as we awaited the water heater delivery. They had two techs on site who were able to address the specialty water heater and its weight. Great job.

After a week of plumbing issues and a plumber having already come out to try and fix our issue, TCF Emergency Plumbing was able to identify, explain, demonstrate, and correct the problem. Very professional, great communication, and very personable. Thomas, the owner, saved us so much time and money during his trip out. This company holds high integrity and I highly recommend them to get the job done and right!!!

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

This is a late review, but I wanted to acknowledge that the owner of this company, Joe Gonzales, totally lives up to the name of the firm. He installed a hot water heater and did some spigot work for me in November. It was a big expenditure for my household so trustworthiness was paramount. He's very straightforward when it comes to scope of work, price estimates, scheduling, etc. Very good at communicating through phone, text and email. I really like his simple and direct approach. He's not salesmany (and obviously that's a good thing). Highly recommend.

Very professional, fast response, exactly as advertised. Nate is my go to Palmer whenever I need something no matter how big no matter how small. Strongly recommend.

We needed a hot water heater replaced. They showed up quickly and did the replacement efficiently. Promised to send us a receipt and information about the unit they installed. Have sent them numerous requests and can't get any information regarding the unit installed. Nothing. We just want a copy of this in case we ever need warranty information. So for service I give them a 5 star ... but for the warranty I give them a 1 star.

I called Monday morning and they were able to fit me in the same day. Cleared my main drain and gave me suggestions to keep it clean. I would 100% recommend.

Just rude costumer service. Why not let me finish my sentence, and cut me off with I'm not interested. Let me finish what our company does to serve our clients. So rude period.

I called and Emily was polite and got me scheduled for an inspection/estimate. We got in the next day. I got an email 1 hr before the technician came out. Jeff showed up around the time promised and put yellow booties on to cover his shoes. Underneath the water heater, water was seeping but not constant. Noticed more after doing a load of clothes. The way the townhome was built, there is no drainage system that leads outside. Jeff spent nearly an hour but could not pinpoint the leak but said we needed a new water heater, all new pipes-water and gas lines, a new drainage system, that carbon monoxide was leaking and kept on bringing up their membership fee of $159 that only covers a year and if you break it down, really only saved $45 on top of thousands of dollars he was saying it would cost to fix. This company must base it on sales and commission. I also addressed a concern of a leaking kitchen sink and he could not diagnose that leak either. I had another plumber come in that found out why it was leaking but back to the supposed water heater leak and thousands of dollars it was going to cost to fix for a guess of why it was having water seeping out. Turns out it was not the water heater at all!! Our water heater was only 6 years old and they only install Bradford Whites which are extremely expensive and consumer reviews state they are not great and cost a lot to fix with no warranty. We still had 3 years warranty left on our water heater with parts until 2020. I got a follow-up call asking if we wanted to proceed with work today, no thanks. Please shop around and do not get pressured in scare tactics because our water heater did not have corrosion at the base, was not constant leaking, the padding was not wet so it was not the issue. We found a reliable trustworthy plumber that found the issue and corrected it on the spot and not even close to what High5 was asking for!

Great service - prompt, professional, and thorough. The guys even found evidence of a previous, terrible repair on our system and fixed it as well, saving us from a future disaster.
Not cheap, but the end result was that our problem was solved. And I appreciated the follow-up phone call to make sure that everything had gone well. That's nice customer service!

Had Adam's Plumbing put 4 shower handles in my home. I had the materials and the old material had been removed. On the first visit they (2 plumbers!) could only install one handle as I needed more parts and the holes in the wall needed to be enlarged. I took care of each issue. For less than 1 hour work, they billed me $175. On visit 2 they sent 2 people to do the rest of the job (3 handles) and charged $250 dollars. The plumbers spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out how the system worked and I was charged for their confusion. Total bill was $425 for 4 handles. Please read the other reviews and take caution before hiring this company. The trip charge to the job starts out at $125.
