Dewayne and his team do an amazing job! Any inspections needed, this is who I recommend. Dewayne is extremely professional, efficient, pays attention to details and is very knowledgeable. We were needing an inspection done in Florida as well and even though the company isn't based there, he still got on the phone with us, helped us figure out the problem, he was able to point us in the right direction and he even followed up a few days later to see if everything worked out. They go above and beyond and I really appreciate that.

We had a pipe burst during the cold snap and all the plumbers were backed up several days. We were able to get TCF out the same afternoon. He was running ragged with all the pipe bursts happening all over town but he got our pipe replaced quickly and we got our water back on by that evening. Sure, the price was higher with the emergency situation, but it beat going without running water or having to find a hotel. What a lifesaver!

Talk about a perfect storm.......on Sunday, the day before Labor Day, I came home to find a wet family room, bedroom and bathroom- my sewer system backed up. I called Dig It. They were here on Monday to look and Tuesday to replace the sewer line.  They were even able to re-schedule some appointments so they could start sooner. Dig It couldn't have been more responsive or patient as I asked a lot of questions so I was sure I understood what was going on. They stayed and worked at night with lights on. Malcom and Douglas kept me informed through the whole process. The men on their crew were fantastic too. Their prices were more than reasonable. I can recommend Dig It 100%. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Call them- you won't be sorry.

I got multiple quotations for a main sewer line tap replacement.  I found AAR very responsive, knowledgeable, as well as the best price I could find.   They arrived on time, the crew was fantastic.   While they were waiting for the inspectors, one of the crew raked out part of my lawn that was a mess from a previous contractor.   I never asked for this, he was just being super helpful.
If I have any other needs, I'm calling these folks first.

The service guy was polite, but also sexist. Kept telling me to tell my husband he could take care of this... I corrected him several times that I have a wife. They also charged $195 to clean a drain that took him less than 10 minutes to clean, and the website said $95. Do not use them. They also said it would be another $195 to remove a toilet to get to a cleanout that you could get to from the wall Without needing to move the toilet. Pay more should really be the name.

I called this company after finding a small amount of water in my basement that was staining the drywall and making the carpet damp.  The team was at my house within an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  It was a leak coming from my kitchen sink that was allowing water to run on the exterior of the pipe.  

The guys were kind, and professional  I hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if I will be calling them first!

We got buyer's inspection report on Monday night. By Tuesday morning, we had a sewer cleaning scheduled and wanted to have a plumber give us an estimate on a re-scope. These guys bent over backwards to accommodate our deadline. They communicate well, which is so important especially to a homeowner who doesn't deal in the contractor's world often. Thanks so much for all of your help!

I called Planet Plumbing on a Sunday night when I discovered the main sewage line my newly purchased home was backing up.  They were able to send Mike out Monday morning. He arrived right on time.  He did seem a bit puzzled not finding any suspected tree roots.  The price was fair, and he suggested I call back if the issue returned.   It did exactly one month later.  With a phone call he came out same day, arrived right on time and re snaked my main sewer line.  They did not charge me for the second visit, and should the problem reoccur, will bring a camera out to run thru and see just what is causing the back up.  Mike is professional,  punctual, knowledgeable and I would recommend his services to other!

I called on a Saturday to schedule Brothers Electric to come out on a Tuesday afternoon.  I called on Sunday to confirm the appointment.  On Tuesday at my scheduled appointment time, I called to ask how far away the tech was, and was told the tech could no longer come to my home that day.  This was for my a rental property, and I had rearranged my schedule and my tenants' schedules to make the visit work.  I was incredibly disappointed that Brothers cancelled on me AND that I had to call to find this out (ie they did not proactively call to let me know that no one could make it).  I am a repeat Brothers customer and will not be using them again, very disappointing service and communication.
