I called at 8am this morning with two frozen pipes and in need of immediate help. Loretta, on the phone, was extremely understanding and had someone come 15 MINUTES LATER to help us out. Although I was not home, my boyfriend was there with the person who was sent. He started the thaw machine and quickly found out that we had new pvc piping that didn't really allow the thawing machine to work with this type of plumbing. He gave us tips on how to deal with the cold weather, told us to calm down and wait for them to thaw and left NO CHARGE. This was unexpected and very courteous. Although my plumbing issues were not solved, to no one's fault but bad weather, I'll definitely be calling these guys to fix my bad-weather piping issue long-term when the weather gives us an opportunity to do so.

AE Plumbing Services quickly assessed my issue (basement floor drain backing up) and resolved the issue. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. I will definitely use AE Plumbing Services in the future.

I called this business to help unclog my bathroom sink and I had to leave a voicemail. Within 5 minutes they had returned my voicemail and was able to get someone out to me the same day! Gabriel was very polite and knowledge about how to fix my sink. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete the job that day, but came out first thing the next morning. He was able to unclog my drain within a few minutes. He was very professional, and I will be using this business again if I ever need it.

Called on a Sunday morning with drain issues. They were out same day and fixed the problem quickly. And - it was a very reasonable price. The tech was helpful, friendly, and clear, and he kept me informed of his progress at every stage. Before I paid, he explained the service provided, gave me some tips for preventing the problem again and reviewed the charges and follow up. Work is guaranteed for 30 days, too!

I called Jays backflow, and requested a bid on my job and explained that Denver water turned off my water and he within minutes called Denver water to turn on my water! I was told by Denver water to send the names of two plumbers to have my backflow done to get my water turned on so i will comply.  Even if I dont hire Jays service I will surely use them in the future as their customer service is #1  Dan K. with Home Again Furniture Inc.

I have now had Joe out to our house twice to do some plumbing work.  One job involved replacing some bad solder joints on the sprinkler vacuum valve, and the other involved swapping out my old sump pump for a new unit with battery backup.  I must say that I could not be happier with Joe's quick and clean work, and prices that I felt were extremely fair.  

For the sump pump job I had purchased the sump pump as well as all the pipe / fittings that I had expected to need, but of course forgot a few items.  Joe went to Home Depot to pick up the missing components, and also grabbed some short lengths of PVC from his house, which will allow me to return several sections that I had purchased.  

Overall if you are looking for a truly Honest plumber, give Joe a call.

We bought a gas stove to replace our old electric stove. This required us to have a gas line run to the stove location. Within 24 hours of my call, High 5 had responded by phone and had their guy Gerry out at the house scoping the work. The price quote was very reasonable so I accepted. Gerry did the work right then and there. He was fast, thorough, clean and very professional. I'd highly recommend this company and specifically Gerry. The way things should be done!!!

Called Drain Genius on Monday morning for an appointment for an annual rooter service on the main sewer line for our 90 year old house in NW Denver.  Appointment was set for 2-4 PM.  Darrell arrived on time with all of the tools needed for the job.  Darrell was very helpful in explaining the details of the job and provided some very good advice for working with our system (especially with the age of the house).  While previous scopes and rooting did not make it all the way into the main city line, Darrell promised that he would make it- and did.  100% satisfaction and great peace of mind.

I have used SG Electric on all my electrical needs in my home for the last 7 years.  They've moved panels, rewired my kitchen for a remodel and my basement for safety.  They also did some HVAC work me and installed an exhaust fan for my gas stove.  The owner is fair and reasonable and very helpful.
