I used Jacob to add an extension off of the main gas line for a new gas range that was replacing an electric range.

Jacob and his office were prompt and courteous in responding to the initial inquiry and scheduling an estimate.  Jacob showed on time for the estimate and carefully measured and explained the size requirements for gas lines and what the options would be.  He gathered all of the BTU information from existing units and from the manufacturers web site for the new range.

Upon scheduling the work he honored the appointment time and finished within the window and in accordance with the written estimate he had previously provided.

I would not hesitate to recommend or seek use his company again for gas or plumbing needs.  He is a pro in every aspect of his work and maintains a clean work location.

TCF emergency plumbing did an excellent job. No upsell , no oh you have to replace the whole unit. TCF came out to fix a boiler of mine that went out. I had no heat or hot water. Called on a Sunday and they offered to come out that day. It was not an easy diagnosis but TCF figured it out. TCF was more interested in fixing the problem not trying to figure out how much money they could get out of us. Most companies today really are more interested it getting your money rather than just fixing what needs to be fixed.
         I would completely recommend TCF emergency plumbing.

Called late on December 23rd when our water heater wouldn't stay lit, with family on the way for Christmas. They called me back that night, and sent a crew the next morning. Luther, with apprentices Ruben and Mike, figured it out, got a new thermocouple and installed it, all on Christmas Eve. They were prompt, friendly and professional; a pleasure to deal with, and they made showers and dish washing possible, saving our Christmas. Jason, owner of Milennial Plumbing Services, is nothing short of amazing.  He helped us fix an issue at one of our rental properties, so we called him again for a bigger project.  We gutted our basement so we could add a new bathroom (required jackhammering concrete, digging in the dirt to install new plumbing, replacing ancient main sewer line and running all new piping to code as well as passing an inspection!).  Jason had every tool imaginable and had the plumbing installed to code within a day.  He also re-routed an old, existing, and leaky kitchen pipe to the new main line and redid all the plumbing under the kitchen sink as well.  In doing this, he had to remove some old lathe/plaster from the ceiling which he expertly managed AND swept neatly out of the way.  He removed an old sink, an old trap and relocated the washer piping so we could relocate the laundry room.  He ended up becoming a huge source of experience and knowledge for us.  So much so that we hired him to install the PEX heat piping for our new boiler!  NOT just that, he provided A TON of cost saving ideas for additional projects in our basement remodel.  He is very personable, very clean, professional and efficient.  We would highly recommend him and plan to use him for all our plumbing needs.

Had what we thought was a leaking pipes issue in our laundry room, and called Gold Leaf Plumbers and a couple of others. Nicholas was the first to respond within an hour (cool beans!) and popped on over to check things out. Thankfully, it was actually just a running upstairs toilet issue (yes, I am an idiot for not noticing it sooner) and kudos for Nicholas for not making me feel silly for overlooking it. (we all have our bonehead days, right?) He fixed the leaking toilet issue and was so cool about everything.
To be honest, as a female, I get a bit weary of tradesman who come to help out, but act in a condescending manner and belittle my intelligence just because: A: I cannot (yet!) solder a pipe and B: I have boobs. So happy that Nicholas is not one of them and I implore anyone who is looking for a tradesperson with integrity to give Nicholas a buzz. Great experience with sewer solutions. They came up with a quote quickly and did a pipe burst on my house in the baker neighborhood. Very easy to work with and great service. Look forward to working with them again!

Thank god for these guys. Came to our rather remote house on an hours notice to fix a pipe that burst and was leaking in our ceiling. Talk about a nightmare. But they were fast and very reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again.
