Best Drainage Installation in Irving TX

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

Randy helped my plumbing company find a very difficult slab leak that 2 other leak detections companies could not find.   I will continue to use these guys for slab leak detection as they are AWESOME.

Out of all of the plumbers that I reached out, Victor was the only one that responded back. He is very responsive and helpful and was able to help me out with the toilet valve. It was rumbling like crazy, but all is quiet now. He was able to explain to me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. He makes sure that you are taken care of!

Great service... came on Christmas Eve to fix broken water heater, fast, professional, and at a great price! Also, came back 2 days later to fix toilet, again fast and professional. The owner Chad was very knowledgable.

We have used Chorbie for almost 2 years now for lawn mowing, fertilizing, weed control and then also for putting in 2 flower beds in our back yard. Jeremy Lowe is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff! He answered many many, questions we had, he gave us samples to look at, and he took his time making sure we were happy before & during our project. We had one issue with drainage after install and he came back out and addressed it right away, he came up with a solution and resolved it! His install team was great, they worked hard and were super polite. Ryan was also great with our project and also with planting annuals and refreshing all of our annual mulch. Our lawn service is reliable, he works quickly and does a great job. I recently had an issue with our normal sprinkler service (not Chorbie) so in the future I will call Chorbie for that too after receiving a recent quote from Chorbie that is very competitive. Honestly they are becoming our go to for all things outside. We have been very pleased with all services so far & we definitely recommend them!

I had Olshan to come out and look @ my foundation. the person that came out was very nice polite and respectful  I was told that my kitchen was going down hill and my foundation had to be repaired I asked if they needed to dig inside would they repair the floor  I was told that they did not dig inside. when i  agree to let them do the work i was asked to initial where they were not going to dig in my house the guy that came out said i did not want them to dig inside  now the whole side of the house that Olshan did  is coming apart now they tell me if they did it i would have to pay they just could not do it for free I am still paying for what they half did $9000. my advice never trust Olshan they find ways to cheat you please there should be a star  zero giving them one star is untrue

So far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. These guys are a total rip off. Big scam.
I had asked for an estimate for sprinkler repair and might have misunderstood/ misheard over phone of their policy of charging $80 just to visit. The technicians came to look at the issue and quoted $575 just to replace two sprinkler heads and fix a broken pipe at a T-section. When I asked them for a coat breakdown for their estimate, they refused to answer and the guy said he is the supervisor and that's the only price they would do it for.  The sprinkler head  that I was looking to replace does not cost more than $20. So, obviously they are either quoting whatever comes to mind or just jacking up costs at their will.
To add to this, the owner lady was very rude over phone and spoke in an extremely threatening manner. Instead of  trying to understand what the issue was and attempt to hear from the customer
, this lady was yelling at me on the phone and said she was going to call the police for theft of service.
Really?? Is this the way how you earn business? They probably have not heard a thing about how to talk to customers. The owner lady said she had my address and phone number and was calling to let me know that she was calling the police on me. I have never seen such pathetic behavior from a business ever!!! I decided that I would pay the inspection fee of $80 but not go ahead and give them my business. At this, the lady yelled again at me saying if I was going to pay by card, they would charge me 4.5% extra as that was the service fee for making card payments. She added that she wouldn't get off the phone until she got her payment. Again, like really??? Where on earth do these guys come with such ridiculous rates? I've worked for banks and I know how these things work!!!
Thankfully, I did find someone to fix my sprinklers at half the cost these guys were charging me. My advice to anyone looking around for sprinkler service/ landscaping is to please do yourself a service by not approaching these guys!!! Atrocious prices and totally appalling  behavior.
Posted below is a pic of a quote I received from another company for the same job ($250) for which these guys were asking $575. Enough said, their whole business ( if that's what they call it) is a scam. Stay miles away from such cheats!!!
