I have had the privilege of working with Luis on multiple projects now. He is a great communicator, and his team also does exceptional work. He has helped me with tasks as simple as paint and as challenging as replacing posts for the covered patio, working with the city on permitting cement work, etc. He has always been fair and always been kind. I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.
