Best Porch in Irving TX

Called these folks and scheduled an appointment today.  They texted me that they were on the way and then never showed up and never responded to my inquiry if they were still coming.    

Not great standing up and ghosting a potential client.

I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.
