Best Roof Repair in Irving TX

We needed to have the old 70s wood paneling painted in our main livingroom. We contacted TLC Services for an estimate and Luis came out. He gave us a quote for the painting but discussed some lighting issues we had. That wasn't in our initial plan but he gave us such a fair price that we couldn't say no. We had a ceiling fan in the dining area that needed replacing and he took care of that too! Needless to say, my husband and I couldn't be happier with the work. From the electricians to the painters to Luis himself, everyone was super nice to work with. The whole job took about 2 1/2 days so not only was the price fair but it was done in a timely manner too!  

One more thing I want to mention. Luis was EXCELLENT when it came to returning my texts and communicating everything up front when it came to the process and any issues that popped up along the way. (There's nothing worse than being hit with surprise charges at end.) I reappreciate him keeping us informed. Luis has great customer service skills and let me tell you. That goes a long way these days!! We will DEFINITELY be using TLC Services again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who will listen! Thank you so much!!!

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. I hired these guys to replace some outlets at my business and install a Ring flood lamp at my husband's business as well. They came out during the 2 hour window that I was given, did the job quickly and well. I was glad to find them to finish up these projects that I've been putting off for a while. I'm a out of state landlord, I own a duplex in Mesquite and live in FL.  Miguel and I quickly built trust and he sent me lots of pics and explained my options within my budget in what eventually became a full remodel.  He turned that old nasty dog into a modern contemporary style for less cost than the big company pros but the same quality for sure.  It was such a big job, he cut me some deals along the way which really helped me out financially.  I like his attention to perfection.  For the 1-star reviews, I think there must be some kind of major miscommunication on the client's part bc I never had a single issue we couldn't solve.  Will be using him for ongoing maintenance too.
