I'm getting ready for a large-scale remodel/repair of my late father's house. Luis from TLC came out and walked through the house with me. He had wonderful ideas on design as well as solid knowledge on the technical things that need to happen. He answered all my questions (no  matter how dumb I felt they were) thoroughly and kindly. He was so understanding about the headspace I am in right now about my father and the house, too. He worked up very detailed and clear estimates of a couple of ways the work can go and was happy to answer my follow-up questions via text. I can't wait to work with him!

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.
