Best Floor Repair in Irving TX

From property damage to job abandonment and job abandonment. This company does it all when it comes to those things. Luis the property manager strung me along for more than 3 years, built a partial structure leaving holes on my roof and never pulling permits for it even though I had paid for it. He managed to turn this into the worst experience for me and my family for our first project on our very first home. Not only that but the house was brand new from the ground up and he managed to damage walls, windows, roofing and flooring by leaving holes on the roof. I had originally taken down a negative review due to an agreement that we made which involved him paying fort he damages. But like the project he started 3 years ago, he breached that agreement and abandoned it quickly. Please be mindful and do not pay this man until he finishes the work 100%. He will run and ditch the project at the first chance he gets. I have attached pictures of my initial review and of the damages for your reference. There are tons of other companies that can do a better job and be trustworthy. DO NOT TRUST LUIS. I'm a man of my word is a phrase he like to use very loosely and is laughable.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a remodel at an honest price with a crew who cares about attention to detail.

I was provided his number from the Nextdoor app. I was trying to get an estimate for having a piece of door frame replaced. He cancelled the morning of the appointment and showed up late the next day for the next. Although this was a relatively simple job to do, I asked for something in writing to ensure the scope of work being done and the cost involved. I was informed they don't provide estimates for something that simple and when I even texted asking to confirm the scope of work I needed done there was no reply.

I'm so glad I found Miguel here. So we tried to fix it ourselves and failed then I searched again here and found a few good reviews then decided to give it another try. Miguel answered promptly and came within two hours. He was professional with great attitude and knows what he is doing. He got it done within 30 mins and his rate is reasonable. I had Olshan to come out and look @ my foundation. the person that came out was very nice polite and respectful  I was told that my kitchen was going down hill and my foundation had to be repaired I asked if they needed to dig inside would they repair the floor  I was told that they did not dig inside. when i  agree to let them do the work i was asked to initial where they were not going to dig in my house the guy that came out said i did not want them to dig inside  now the whole side of the house that Olshan did  is coming apart now they tell me if they did it i would have to pay they just could not do it for free I am still paying for what they half did $9000. my advice never trust Olshan they find ways to cheat you please there should be a star  zero giving them one star is untrue
