Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

I reached out to Carlos based on his stellar reviews and he was extremely responsive over text/phone. I was interested in getting a water softener system and he was extremely knowledgeable about pros and cons, and used  FaceTime for the initial inspection. I ultimately decided to go with a larger system (he unfortunately didn't have that size in stock at the moment), so I went with a different vendor, but I really enjoyed my interactions with Carlos

I reached out to Rite Plumbing & Rooter in the morning.  By noon, Richard was at my house able to install a kitchen sink faucet. Our experience with Garrett and Clear Water Plumbing was outstanding. He was very responsive and did great job with our small job fixing our bathtub drain. He was kind enough to look at an additional plumbing issue and took the time to answer my questions about water softening. I'll call him again in the future when I have a plumbing need.

I have used John at Andrea's Fault for many many years! John and Robert used to complete all the preservation work on my REO properties. the company has knowledge with a variety of different types of important specialties. What I like most about andreas fault is the customer service and honesty. I don't know how many times i've heard experiences people have had using different contractors. I called Tim at The Water Guy to service our reverse osmosis drinking water system. He worked with me to find a good time, accommodating my work schedule. He was professional, prepared and personable. He even inspected my water softener system while he was there for no extra charge. I would highly recommend Tim and this company.

Everything was great from start to finish. Calls were immediately returned. Tony was very helpful and patient when explaining everything and all options available. Tony returned all calls and texts in a timely manner, which is greatly appreciated. All employees I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Installation was quick and easy and not a long wait time. Would definitely recommend.

We have hired Jeff and Tyree to do major work on multiple occasions including moving toilet plumbing, diagnosing and fixing a leak, re-piping a portion of our house and installing a new tub and rough in shower valves. They have done great work every time! We recently needed them to come out on short notice because we didn't realize we needed a diverter valve installed for a new hand held shower and we had tile guys coming later that week. They were able to squeeze us in the following day. They have always been reliable and have always done the work at a very fair price. They are definitely our go - to for any plumbing work!

these guys are crooks!!!!!!! they will cheat you and are in a law suit. They screwed the hoa i live in, they are unreliable and hire people from home depot to do the repipes , unskilled employees, they send out a sales man that only knows repipes and not the rest of the plumbing pipes in the house. Unskilled people very poor service

This was my best experience with a service person in my home.
First, they were able to make an appointment that fit into my schedule. Then when my schedule changed they were able to come a day earlier. John called before arriving to let me know he was on his way.
He arrived on time and was professional, neat and understood all the work I wanted done. He communicated back to me everything he would do in detail, and provided the cost of the work before starting. He protected the area around the work area and his work was very clean and efficient.  After finishing he showed me the completed work, explaining everything in detail as to what he did and why.
I will be using Superior Plumbing again in the future.

Toilet valve needed replacing based on whistle happening when flushed. Anthony promptly gave me a quote over Yelp. It was the lowest and his communication was swift. Most plumbers refused to give me a quote over Yelp for this obvious problem. Their loss.
Anthony was able to fit me in within a day, had the part in his truck, and fixed it very quickly.

Had Dave came out last night right before closing.  Came in a timely manner, and found the problem with my plumbing.  Nothing but perfect from the start.  I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.  He's very knowledgeable not only in plumbing but also water treatment, filtration, and softeners.  He's my plumbing go-to guy!

Our complex was switched over to tankless water heaters while so much construction was going on. Chris was so wonderful making sure all the units were hooked up quickly and correctly and even left his information behind so that we could contact him if the construction workers messed with the water supply or shut the tankless tanks off.
He was truly a hot water hero.

Well my experience with The Drain King was not favorable. Something was up with my sewer line on Sunday evening and toilet and tub backed up. Not good at all.

After checking Yelp and a my neighborhood list serv to get some recommended plumbers, I called The Drain King around 7 a.m. on Monday morning. The receptionist guy took my info and said I would be contacted with an appointment time. No response until I followed up around 3 p.m.

At that point the receptionist said the plumbers were busy at other jobs, but would be able to come by on Tuesday to assist me with my problem. He said to expect them between 10-12. (I picked DK because they were the only ones I called who said they could work on the problem either same day or next. The others didn't have openings until end of week.)

Come Tuesday and no show between 10-12, so I called their office and they have been busy with an emergency job at a business. I was very understanding about that and said no problem. He promised they would be by within a few hours. By 2:15 p.m. two guys showed up (Rob and Plumber J) and they took a look at my situation and gave a plan of what they wanted to do which involved installing a clean out. I asked for a timeline on when this would be completed since it was getting late in the day and I needed to inform my work of my schedule to accommodate DK's schedule. They assured me they could do it today (Tuesday). They left to get some supplies and promised Plumber J and a colleague would be back. Rob could not return due to another job. This all sounded great as well as the price given of $650 for the work and a request from them to me for a positive Yelp review.

Well, guess what? By 4 p.m., they did not return. So I called and spoke to the receptionist guy and got the excuse that he was just with Plumber J to get supplies and he was on his way over. Alright 5 p.m. arrived and still no plumber. I called again. Talked to the same receptionist who contacted Plumber J. Receptionist returned with an update a half hour later stating plumber would be by in the evening and asked if he mentioned that to me. I said Plumber J said he would return today and nothing about the evening. Plus evening to me sounds late and I would think plumbers don't work in the dark for this type of a job. Reception says Oh no, plumbers work into the night. M...okay. Sure. At this point I knew they weren't coming back.

It's Wednesday morning and still no elves in sight to work on my plumbing problem. I called several times this morning and kept getting DK's vm. I left one message along with an email to ask them not to come.

I ended up giving my business to $15 Dollar Rooter Sewer and Drain Service and they were done in a whopping hour! They didn't give any bs stories either.

I'm not sure why DK resorted to giving one excuse after another when all they had to do was say they couldn't fulfill my job today, but how about a few days later. I would have stuck with them or at least, they would have left me a good impression so I can consider them for my home's future plumbing needs. All they needed to do is be upfront about their schedule. Since this was a sewer issue and I have had no use of my shower or toilet for a few days, I needed a reliable plumber.

Too bad I can't rave about the quality of their work. The guys I met seemed pleasant. However, I can only praise DK for giving lots of interesting excuses and empty promises.

Recently purchased a house during this pandemic that was a prior rental unit/foreclosure property. Due to this I was worried about installing the new reverse osmosis water filtration system for my downstairs sink. (Thinking pipes might be busted or seals faulty if I start playing around down there and with no easy way to get to a hardware store for a fix) so I reached out to petar and he provided an affordable quote even offering to decrement the cost for using an existing hole in my counter top for the faucet. This stood out to me showing me that he isn't just trying to charge for as much as he can get. When he came out he provided fast and excellent work. No breaks, no spills, and water system working great. I will definitely be reaching back out to him for any future projects.
