I needed a new faucet installed. Jose and his team did a great job. They were on time and explained everything. Overall very satisfied with Jose's service.

So far the service has been on point! Was able to schedule the appointment for next day, first thing in the morning. The person I spoke to was accommodating and professional.

Depending on the outcome, as an owner of multiple Pasadena properties I would consider using them as a regular plumber. *crossing fingers*

We called for a backed up drain in our cafe. We had another company come out and they wanted $1600 to hydroblast our drains. We told him that was way too much and we'd try something else. We ended up calling Zoom Drains and they came right out. They said we could do either, have them snake it or hydroblast. Snake would be $209 & hydroblast was $309!! We were thrilled. They did a great job. They came back when we were closed to do it and they cleaned up all the mess!
They were the nicest guys & so reasonable! We now have a drain company we can trust!!
